"Ruined my night out"

I gave 1 star as it’s impossible to give zero through this website. I booked my taxi 2 hours in advance and it arrived an hour late by which time the restaurant I was with had let the table go. All I got told when I rang up is there no guarantee when you book. Absolute disgrace prevented my night out with the Mrs.

Wow, just precooked a taxi for a return trip to Hindley. Which is roughly 5 miles away. The first trip was great, on time and perfectly good. The return didn't turn up when I pre booked and when I queried why. The agent advised that it was out of their area and I could book a return from Soain and the app would confirm it.
My issue was just that I had booked a return 5 miles away and it had been confirmed by the app. Had it said, no we only travel within a mile of our area, then fine. But it didn't, so where was my taxi?. Well it turned up 1hour late and no apology or anything. The agent hung up on me after she claimed I was shouting. I know that's bull shat as I also work in a customer focused profession, and I don't blame anyone who works on these lines. I simply wanted to know why I was advised I was confirmed on a return trip, when it was absolute bullocks. The faculty I had 3 under 10's with me only added to the frustration. Overall I would avoid these shisters where ever possible. Uber is a better option by far.

Booked a taxi for a wedding 5 days in advance and this sham of a taxi company never bothered to turn up despite numerous calls and promises we were next on list - used a proper company in the end who got us there on time but checked my security camera the next day and these clowns never bothered to show up AT ALL - if you are struggling for a taxi and these are your only option honestly - just walk

Booked in advance 3 times been let down all 3 times waiting upto an hour, people on the phone speak to you like dirt worst service possible wouldn’t give them the steam off my urine id put no stars if I possible

Wouldn’t even give one star, but that’s not an option. Rang a taxi to the pub I work in, driver turned up and wouldn’t let me in when I tried the door. He was demanding £20 upfront for a journey that doesn’t cost more than £8. When I rang back and explained what happened I was told there would be another taxi as soon as possible. Rang back again to be cut off 4 times. Eventually got through and was told my taxi was 5 minutes away. Waited a further 20 minutes and rang back again to be told there was nothing in the area. When I explained what had happened the fella on the phone couldn’t have cared less, very rude and dismissive, later found out he was the supervisor. Not only are the drivers a joke the so called “SUPERVISOR” is aswell.

Britannia used to be reliable but not they are a disgrace. I pre booked a taxi a week early for a funeral I had to attend. The taxi was late and when I rang uk the guy on the phone said nothing I can do. After 40 mins of waiting I cancelled it. Will never use again

I would give no stars but no option. I had my account set to card payment but went out with my daughter, we got a taxi back with Britannia and my daughter paid cash thinking she was treating me not knowing it was on card, driver took the cash £30 and the card payment. Phoned next day in case he had done it by accident and he denied it all. Booked another taxi despite this as they are the only ones in the area, got a call to say taxi outside, went outside, no taxi but received an email to say £3.00 had been taken from my account. Phoned office and driver had logged off

"Britannia Taxis don't use them if ya want a reliable service use another firm"

Britannia Taxis heading towards the two hour mark waiting for a estate car private hire taxi is a joke. I ordered it at 11.27am and still waiting yes granted your office staff have phoned me to check I'm still waiting for the taxi which I am. But come on 2 hours is a joke get it sorted. Because I had a notification from ya app to say a driver was on the way over a hour ago and got everything I'm taking on this journey outside ready. Then he popped off the screen and obviously I'm still left waiting absolute joke. Oh and also to mention they cancelled my booking on the app also so had to replace the booking again.

Would have gave no stars for my review wouldn’t let me , worst taxi firm I’ve ever ordered with proper attitude on the camp guy on the phone never again !
