Absolute Garbage! Pre booked a taxi the day before we needed one, never turned up, stood in pouring down rain for over an hour, kept ringing them to find out what was going on to be told it was irrelevant that we had pre booked🤷‍♂️. I was under the impression that’s what you did with taxis. Worst taxi rank around

"Terrible"
Terrible. Preordered and prepaid for a return taxi on Thursday for Saturday. Taxi taking us to our destination arrived and had no problems. The Taxi didn’t arrive for our return journey and when I tried to call 4 times was put on hold, after holding from being 20th in the queue when an agent eventually answered they hung up immediately. I was trying to contact them for 40 mins We had to walk over a mile in heavy rain and I have mobility issues until we eventually got a taxi, which was 1.5 hours later . When looked at the app they had cancelled our taxi after our pick up time with no notification. When you prepay for a service you expect them to turn up or at least give you notice they have cancelled.

I was waiting on a lonely Widnes road, when I was visited by the ghost of Pessi. He told me he was going to steal my taxi & my penalty if I didn’t refuse a maccies. Unfortunately, as I am a helmet, I agreed & he took my penalty anyway. Shame on you pessi!!!

My daughter under my encouragement booked the taxi yesterday for 5:30 am this morning.Now this 12 hours ahead for any driver to plan their trips and take as many or as few rides beforehand.If the driver isn't given this list ahead or he/ she doesn't plan it properly,they shouldn't be doing this job in the first place.
The driver arrived half a hour late(I'm not taking his excuses).My daughter was late to her new job(so if she looses her job,that's on you).If the driver doesn't know the area,well,he/she should get GPS out or perhaps start studying maps or smth.If on the other hand there is a miscommunication between the driver and the main office,that needs to be changed as soon as.After all,it doesn't matter whether it's ÂŁ5 or ÂŁ50 or more journey those are your wages.

The service was amazing! I paid before the trip, the driver called me on arrival and was waiting for me on time. Helped me with my suitcases and was extremely friendly! Will definitely use it again each time I need an airport trip!
