Not really a driver it was more the company and the staff themselves, i had took my shoes off due to them hurting me and the floor was cold and hurting my feet so why I was waiting for a taxi I went to go inside the waiting room at the taxi rank and as I walked in a man I’m guessing staff, grabbed me tightly by my arms pushed me into the door and outside and said I’m not allowed to sit inside, which is so unprofessional as that is why it is there? It’s a taxi rank. Why offer seats if your not going to let people wait inside when it’s pouring with rain outside

said taxi on its way, freezing cold weather with mum in her wheelchair, not able to walk around to get warm. could have gone to a cafe to wait if the controller had given an honest answer as to how much longer it would take. we didnt need a wheelchair accessible vehicle, i mentioned the wheelchair would fold in a boot, so we were not waiting for a specialist vehicle, after 50 mins i was nearly in tears just seeing mum shivering (89 years old). ON IT'S WAY is not acceptable. !!!

What a shockingly poor service booked a taxi for 6pm called after it should have arrived for the operator to tell me they could not get anyone to me as they were extremely busy.. should never have accepted the booking if they cannot fulfil the booking. Very disappointed in the responses.

We were quoted £36 per taxi to go to Wigan and we ended up paying £60 per cab, nearly double what we were quoted. Can’t helped but feel ripped off and lied to. No wonder Uber dominates. We will never use this firm again, con artists.

"I will never recommend"
I was quoted, booked and paid £73 in advance (one week)for my travel to Gatwick airport. On the day, the cab attended on time. Whilst I was in the cab, driving off. I was informed by the driver, that he was not from Britannia cabs, he was from Data cabs. At no time was I informed by Britannia cabs, of any changes. The driver, went on to add that Britannia cabs had told them, that I will pay a cash payment of £85. I rang Britannia cabs and went through, about, 4 different staff, as they kept me on hold and would put me through to different staff, with no explanation as to why I’m on hold, I kept having to repeat my dilemma. Data cabs, held me in the vehicle at a petrol station at Gatwick airport, until I paid. I had no choice as I would have missed my flight. Britannia cabs eventually, returned £73 and to date, still have not taken responsibility to return the rest of the monies. I will never use this company again. I feel defrauded.

Terrible service. 1hour 20mins late to pick up my parents from heathrow. Lied to me repeatedly about timing of driver—classic “5-10 more minutes”. Filing report with authorities. Despicable.

Wow . Beware. I'm from huyton. Liverpool. Foreign taxi driver picked me up from normal destination but wanted £1.50 more than a trip I'd taken lots of times. Asked for badge id. Different person driving. DO NOT LET YR CHILDREN USE THIS COMPANY.
