"Worst ISP in SG"
I signed up in 2020, and I'm ending my contract with them today. I hope whoever sees this, considering signing up with VQ, NOT to consider it at all. The cheapest service is also the worst. Can watch Youtube, but can't play games as the ping is too horrible.
Also, i have to return the modem + cables to them after contract in order to end it. Ridiculous.

Very bad service. They will continue to charge you if you if you request to terminate their service. They said they will only stop charging you when you return the equipment.

"Worst customer service ever"
Worst customer service ever. They never call back even after saying they will, they sent a modem and expected customers to update themselves. When we had an issue they didn't offer to send someone to help. Now I have another issue which they were unable to help with after 4-5 frustrating calls. When I requested someone to come down they said they would waive the charge and fix an appointment. They never called to book an appointment. When I finally got an apt after calling back 3 times, they sent someone. Now they are promptly charging me and refusing to acknowledge their offer to waive the charge. Even though this was an issue on their side. Horrible. Can't believe anyone is still using their service.

I used to work in ViewQwest. This organization is headed by an abusive and toxic CEO, Mr. Vignesa Moorthy. He constantly uses threats and threats of physical violence on his subordinates anytime he hears any opposing opinions or anything that displeases him. He is actually a brilliant engineer in his own right. But he is abysmal at any and all human interaction, and he should stay out of it.

GTA,Destiny 2,Minecraft,Terraria,honestly any multiplayer game.
i just get removed from the game because i cant stay connected for some reason but my discord is fine

Not even worth a single star rating. Fxxxup service provider. Sign up for 500mbp plan. But speed check about 100mbp only. Sign up only 4 months, but service down for 4 times. Means every month need to call up the fxxup customer service. Expensive charges but providing fxxup service and poor speed. Don't ever consider this fxxup ISP.

Stay away from this horrible ISP. They are not accountable and they will push the blame. There has been multiple disruptions to their internet and multiple users are affected. Poor customer service and unreliable internet. Please spend your money somewhere else

Support call is just like show off, didn't help to solve problems. You can try by asking manager name and you will get pain into your nerve. CS can tell me cannot review manager name because got many manager. I requesting the CS who is your direct superior, she cannot review due to PDPA,,,, sound craps,,,, Managers or manager without name , how good support can they give, best is bring in PDPA as an excuse (Joke of the Year) Now, let the whole SG know how ViewQwest work with those leaders without names... cannot imagine if our leaders behave like them,,, all managers hide under the carpet can't review name...I really nhappy not on support, is because of the router spoiled ( which is a loaner when i signed the contract for the past 4years ) The support guy tried his best to resolve , but failed due to no longer have loaner for user ( just like renting a car without wheels ). He asked his superior enable to have early renewer contract so i can get a new router.
I really appreciated the support guy to have alternative solution for me. My question is my contract will be end of this year and i entitle 6 mths free when i signed current contract last year during promotion. I received an email, with early renewal contract attached, i called up their CS to confirm before I SIGN (Pls take note if happen to you). To my surprise, she told me that the 6 mths free will be forfeited, (does she know how much it cost for 6 mths 2GB subscription) I felt if I sign I been rob, so i rquest for manager or supervisor which i wish to clarify. To my astonishment, she reluctant to disclose (personally I can feel she been instructed not to) the rest of the story is as above mention.
Written all these is to make people alert when come across such issue. i believed the company (ViewQwest) have started to lose more and more customers in the coming future. The management of the company need to come to alert or they had already done so, which they can accept one after another feedbacks keep following into them. Wish them all the best
Incident of Router spoiled and support from technican was last week
Renewal contract call was yesterday (10 Sep 2021, 16:20 -16:45 with interval of 3 times (each waited is 2-3 minutes) for the CS to check with her computer or superior.

"Disappointing and misleading services."
First, ViewQwest overlooked my email to enquire details on termination of services and overlooked the misinformed email they sent me.
Next, they failed to give me an accurate details of the return policy and didn't state the penalty charges involved. That left me to make other arrangements after the misinformed message.
Lastly, they failed to answer my question for a detailed breakdown of the charges involved for termination.
