Terrible service and unethical company, was lied to multiple of times by staff and had to fork out money because I was told there was no charges for certain services but eventually was charged and they refused to wave the charges. After ending my contract they kept charging me.
Bottom line if anything goes wrong you will suffer with ViewQwest.

Very bad customer service & connection ! There is no internet service for 05 days and all they can do is keep pushing and pushing the accountability to the MODEM, NETLINK and so on..Definitely will not be renewing my contract when it's up. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

"Beyond Terrible Internet Connectivity - Absolutely no HOPE"

We are using Viewquest corporate internet services and honestly, I do not even wish to put one star for Viewquest. They deserve everything lower than one star!! Their customer service is OK, but the internet connectivity is so terrible. We have ongoing connectivity issue with them for almost 6 months now and it is still not resolved!! Their internet connectivity is beyond words to describe how terrible it is. Honestly, any mobile hotspot connection would be even better.

"Questionable business practice"
Questionable business practice. Signed up for Viewqwest previously and told the sales staff to remove the Freedom DNS from our package. The staff told us it is free for 3 months and after that it will be cancelled if we don't opt in to continue. So we left it as it is but recently we found out that we had been charged for this Freedom DNS that we never wanted. Called the customer support and they said it can only be cancelled via writing in to Viewqwest, the complete opposite of what we were told by the sales staff. A cautionary note to all potential and existing Viewqwest customers, do check your bills carefully as you might be unknowingly charged for hidden services. Will be looking to terminate our contract once its up, prefer to get a more honest internet provider.

Lousy company provides with super lousy service to their customers. Call in for technical assistance and no one going to answer your phone. After answer the call will only said need to send down technician to check. But we all need to work, someone had to take leave and waiting at home. Nor efficiency at all. Definitely will terminate the contract.

"BEWARE of Viewqwest cheating tactics"
BEWARE of Viewqwest cheating tactics. They offered Freedom DNS for free for 12 months when signing the 2 years contract and even without activating or using this free service, they quietly started charging me additional $10.70 monthly from 13 months onwards. When I realised it after a few months of extra charges, the customer service said it is stated in our contract that we must email to request for termination of this service, else we must pay for it and no refund will be given. I will make sure I terminate Viewqwest service once my contract ends and NEVER will I ever use them again.

Viewqwest is the Lousiest Customer Service Provider
Previously they deducted using Manual Transfer, I been calling in to ask for deduction via phone.
They change policies without informing me, This month i am out of job and i am on MSF Comcare as i two month no job.
I called Viewqwest to request that i will do a manual payment, they say okay but today they deducted all the outstanding despite phone recording.
I had never allowed them to deduct via Bank Card, my phone conversation had always been i will called in or i will do Bank Transfer.
This kind of services is bad and never uphold promises. I am prompt in payment in the past, just because i lose my job and didnt pay them for two months, they keep deducting my card without my approval.
If your network is strong and no downtime, i will suck thumb let you deduct. But within one month, downtime of 3 days and constant internet loss.... you telll me how
They are different from my Telco line - Starhub and Zero1 which allows Installment of the outstanding acorss next 6 months.
