Lousy in handling customer billling issue period.

Recently I have switched internet provider from Singtel to ViewQwest. I encountered frustrating glitches that disrupted my viewing of videos on Hulu and contacted ViewQwest technical support team. However, I am very happy with the efforts of ViewQwest in rectifying the error I had while using the VPN service. To my pleasant surprise, the support team was very responsive and provided me with very good customer service. The follow-up was good and eventually the problem was solved. Compared to my previos provider, the service here is leaps and bounds better. I do wish though that the VPN service works smoother and streams at a faster speed on the U.S and UK sites. As of now, I'm a proud subscriber of Viewqwest fibrenet.

I have used quite a few large ISP in Singapore. Most of them did not offer reliable internet connection and speed.

Customer service / Tech support from the 3 large ISPs is like air something which is there and yet you can't see and use them to resolve issue and problem. Usually blame on my Hardware and Software.

Switching over to VQ has given me another view on internet surfing.

Customer services aka Technical support from VQ was excellent. VQ respond to my issue and provide timely update. 24hrs support is another plus point. Support engineer was impressive as they know their network and equipment.

Provide customer portal, service downtime update. I felt that services from VQ worth every dollars I paid.
