"DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
I was a Viewqwest subscriber for 2 years. During these 2 years my internet connection cuts off at least once a day for no reason. I always thought it was the router/ design of the house/ etc etc etc.. I also reported this to the technical service team multiple times, each time I was told that the connection on their end has no problem.
It was a frustrating 2 years. I recently changed service provider and the connection has no issue.
Viewqwest has one of the worst connections. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND VIEWQWEST and suggest you stay away from them.

"Very disappointed with the support…"
Very disappointed with the support given. My connection was down in march. Till today august. I still face the problem. Have called 10x. everytimes thay said to restart my router. How many times I have to do it. This is common sence. Pcs were connected directly to router. I requested to have router replacement. Said will do on my 3th complaint but false hope. Is this the way to solve problem 10x not one.

"No replies or call back for help"
Their support helpline are always busy, when I email the support team for a callback, they don't reply back. When email to customer support, also don't reply back. Lucky my contract will be over in another 1 more month. Byebye sucker

"Extremely bad internet connection"
I signed up for the best possible connection offered by Viewquest and have been repenting the decision since the installation. Every day multiple times the connection drops. They even sent a technician to check but to no benefit. The customer service initially was responding with different options to reset router modem etc but now has completely stopped responding. I took up a 2yr contract and raised this issue since the 10thday of signing up. Now their response is if I have to cancel the connection I still need to pay 2yr subscription cost. Can anyone guide on where to file a complaint against this sort of unfair practices in Singapore?

"Don't believe the 1 star reviews."
Never had any issues with service. Very happy with the orbi (have 2) set through the house. AND I stream (using a subscription service out of UK) all the time and I have NO issues. However, when I used StarHub the streaming service never worked. Yes, Netflix worked fine, but View Qwest has FAST service and great customer service. I am now in my 10th month AND saw all the poor reviews...gotta say, I like this company!

"Worst company ever"
Worst company ever. After cancelling everything properly and shifting houses, they still charge you and even called a debt collection company to ask payment on a non-valid invoice. What a joke of a company. Oh... had a period of 2 months that the internet broke down 1-3 times EACH week.

"Evasion of Cancellation"
Never in my entire life have I seen a company constantly “evade” a customer’s request for cancellation of service and “lie” to them. Then proceeds to turn to charge late fees for when the payment was not made for the month, despite ongoing requests for cancellation.

Worst company ever. Set up my Orbi mesh and have had terrible WIFi since. Cheap modem, terrible quality, poor performance.
