"Worst Internet provider ever! Period"
- Frequent maintenance and internet slow down.
- Hidden charges if you ever terminate even without contract
- bad customer service
- no support
- expensive
- Seriously the worst service provider ever. Stink-tel is still 1000 times better than them

"Really one of the worst"
As per the rest of the review, the service is really bad. Ordered the broadband service and after a month, still have not received the modem. My house is without internet for weeks and they keep saying it will take. 3-5 days to deliver the modem. This is Singapore, it takes less than a day to deliver anything. The service is unacceptable and the CEO or COO should be fired. I can't even collect the modem myself. Ridiculous.

"Worst technical service"
I have been a long term customer since 2013, was fine all along and recently after upgrading to fibeenet things change and it became slower and slower like those days in the early 90's. I called technical support and hailed on for as long 45mins to get a technician to answer. Each time as usual "will check and get back" which never ever happened.
Recently I reported slow connection in early June and just last week in July they managed to change my modem after I given them peice of my mind to the sales manager Mr. Guna. He kept his word and on the very day his technical manager called to fix appt the very next day to Re replace the modem and it was kept as promised.
But then on 22july my newly installed digital modem was down unable to serve the net. I called and called as many as 20 times to technical support and till now 23july I have no internet connections.
Hope they will restore it as they promised by Sunday evening. Failing which Iam bringing the service down to defamation suit. (follow government style)
I realised that they have 3 technical stations one at Pasir Panjang, pandan and the third at Philippines. So that's y when we call the technical hotline it will divert to the next available stations.
Finally I have decided to shift my isp to others because poor technical support.

"My biggest mistake"
So called 24/7 tech support is BS. Only ever answer during office hours.
Unable to access crunchyroll for months on multiple occasions, they did not pay me for my subscription that I am not able to use! all they can say is sorry.
My biggest mistake is changing to this ISP. I never thought I will look forward to going back to Starhub.

"Viewqwest wasted my time and money"
Ordered in beginning of June, was told I had to wait until 18th of June for it to be activated, and up to a week after that for installation.
18th of June came, and no call from them. After complaining to customer service they scheduled installation for the 27th, so I took the day off work to receive the delivery. But when 27th came they were unable to deliver, so I cancelled. (They never responded to any of my mails.)
I have paid rent for a month for an apartment I can't use because I need a network for work, and on top of this they are charging me $150 for cancelling an internet service I never received.
This is the worst ISP I have ever encountered in this, or any other country.

"been from good to very bad"
been from good to very bad! Keep maintenance and service outrage. Customer promise call back but doesn’t call you back. Regretted recontract!

"Please avoid this ISP at all cost"
Please avoid this ISP at all cost. After 1 month signing, still without an internet as they are unable to fix an installation having booked a wrong one and cancelling on me previously. Customer service does solve the problem but just frustrates you.

"Worst service"
Worst service ever.
Promised delivery device for self installation, never deliver.
Called in to check, say already delivered.
Don’t know forge my signature or what.
This is already 3 weeks from subscription.
Still no internet.

"Claimed to be the best BUT couldn’t keep up with the rest."
Over my 2 years contract with ViewQwest, I had encountered several network issues, 2 modem issues & many slow internet speed issues.
Called their tech support about my speed at 400+ mbps/sec (I signed up for 1 gbps for your info) and was being told that 400+ mbps was acceptable. I had to ask their tech support if I were to pay them half of what I’m supposed to pay was acceptable by them before they do something about my complaint.
Do note that when my 2 years contract is up, they told me that I have to bring the modem to them and pay a cancellation fee of $125 (if I don’t remember the sum wrongly). When I questioned the CSO why is there a cancellation fee involved when my contract is up, she replied that’s because they never charged an installation fee when I sign up hence the cancellation charge is there. Isn’t it ridiculous? You waived the installation fee as a marketing strategy to lure customer than charged a cancellation at the end of their contract when they leave. Well done!
Your company is a joke!
