I have paid the Ballance and still didn't have any internet services GO TO HELL VQ
Verry angry of on ViewQuest I hope one day VQ will be no longer operation

generally one out of 20 log-in works, for a short period, then no connection again. we got this isp as a main with another isp starhub as a back-up. after year 1 starhub becomes the main and vq becomes back-up which seldom works anyway. we so tired of calling/asking for help we just count the days until the contract is over. Don't understand how the government permit this kind of service when we want to be a 5G nation.

ViewQuest advertise and charge me for a 1Gb plan. I don't expect to get 1Gb download speed, however I also don't expect to get less than 50Mbps. I have emailed ViewQuest many times and they now do not reply

This company works based on their own rules and regulations. Basically its not a professional working place. The company can ditch you whenever they want to and the bosses only hire good looking girls. Salaries are delayed and are not on time. People close to management and bosses are the ones blessed with promotions. No merit-based hiring or promotion or incentives. Will not recommend working here if you are a professional.

"Feeling relieved to finally end my relationship with VQ"
I am so happy that my relationship with VIewqwest is ending soon.
I have never been with a service provider and encounter such ridiculous service. Now i felt Starhub, singtel, M1 is so much better.
WHen I signed up 2 yrs ago, the download speed is only less than 50mbps, more than 70-80 pings everytime and my subscription is 1Gbps. I could not even use watsapp at home. Their technician come down 4 times unable to find out any fault and push the fault to Singtel as they rent their network from Singtel according to their technician. This last for 4months... I called in hotline for support, once they heard my account number, they slam the phone. Wrote more than 50emails to them, only the first few replied. Wrote to IDA and they cannot help much and I received a final email form VQ indicated that after reviewing their investigation, they will close the case and theri decision is final. They will not entertain any appeal.
Called in their billing department to get some rebates since I cannot use internet at all for the past 5 months and rejected too.

Their FB is flooded with bad reviews but recently they masked all the comments to invisible.
I have set 3 reminders in my calender not to forget this special day to terminate with them. This is a special day to me, so happy that I can finally end my relation with them!

I had been waited for ViewQwest installation for 1 month. The reason they always give is TMNET no reply and need me to call almost every 2 days to follow up. If no call then no action. Call them, they start to tell you 14 working days and start counting the day with you. Does it means you need to wait until the 14 days then only will response.
I have made an ordered to installation 2 weeks before CNY, just imagine how long now. They came once but found out the TMNet has no modem but I have clearly informed them I have terminated the previous internet provider and it is a fresh switch over. They said this is TMNet issue because in their system it is not a new installation but we have informed you earlier there is no device left in the home before you come.
Really bad service, no response. First time I see a Singapore origin company doing this bad in other country.

Frequent and prolonged downtime, fraudulent charges and exceedingly poor customer service. They do not follow up with connectivity issues and complaints, do not return your calls and continue to demand payment despite completely failing to provide the service standards expected of an internet service provider. These all seem to be recurring complaints that several people on this thread have.
ViewQwest and other internet service providers in Singapore are regulated by the Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore. All customers who have had a bad experience with ViewQwest or other internet service providers can submit complaints to IMDA by calling 6377 3800 or emailing IMDA at info@ imda.gov.sg. IMDA may not always be aware of various issues that consumers face with ISPs, so we should bring such issues to the attention of IMDA for the benefit of Singapore consumers.
