"really horrible and poor wifi service"

really horrible and poor wifi service, didn't resolve my issue. still dare to tell me it's already resolved? hello your connection is the worse. I don't even know how they have the audacity to position themselves as the fastest broadband company?! slowest more like it.

0 stars for me, please don't sign up with them.
Everyday I have to use my circleline 4g data to surf the net. I feel conned to sign this 49.90 contract with them for 2 years and they give me such horrible wifi connection

"ViewQwest - an unfortunate mess"

Context: ViewQwest is reliant on netlinktrust (broadband provider) in SG to first set up right, before the ViewQwest modem can be setup.

Problem: A simple set up took ~2 weeks+ and ViewQwest was uninterested in speeding it up. First, it took about 1 week for Viewquest to troubleshoot and then send us to Netlinktrust, and then daily calls for 1 more week to Netlinktrust to do the tech set up and communicate to ViewQwest. ViewQwest doesn't responsibly manage things end to end even though they charge activation fees (ironically).

Advice for any future ViewQuest customers: Know that one just has to do a daily chasing and don't expect ViewQwest to help you get internet set up fast. Buffer at least 2.5 weeks and about 30-45 mins everyday to call. Be prepared to have get different answers from each agent and piece things together to solve.

Supposed to schedule a setup today but the delivery person went missing in action on us. What an utterly unpleasant experience. Please engage them at your own risk!!!

I agree with many coming here than the service is attrocious
I had 7 crashes since i started to use viewquest (which was close to 3 weeks late to start due to technical issues)
Please do not switch to viewquest like i did , you will regret it !

"Terrible service"

VQ sent me a new modem as part of a system upgrade and when it didn't work I've spent over 2 hours on the phone (most of it on hold) waiting to get an appointment. I waited 3 hours for a callback which never happened. I am not happy at all

I had a pleasant experience with customer service yesterday when a courteous and patient staff taught me that a faulty lan cable had caused ip looping between my router and modem and talked me into rectifying the problem.

I must admit that i didn't have high hopes from all the reviews i have read but surprise, surprise!

"Excellent service"

I signed up with viewquest in February, staff were very patient, support via email and phone is prompt and effective they answered all my questions, I had no issues with setup and connectivity. I had to go abroad and as I had the no contract plan was easily able to return the hardware and terminate the service, I am now abroad but my parents signed up with them. Their service is top notch and the personnel kindly spent 1.5 hrs on the phone helping my 70+ mother with the set-up so the home internet can start working. Greatly appreciate their excellent service support I myself might not have been successful to provide such support from abroad.

"Crappy expensive ISP with frequent outages."

Averages 1 - 2 outages a month. During peak usage periods like Saturday evenings.

"Good speed and awful customer support"

I won't say any bad thing about the speed because I really enjoy it during the daytime, especially when I'm usually supposed to attend a webinar or video conference. But their customer support needs serious improvements. The agents aren't unfriendly. It seems their lack of experience providing useful answers to our questions is the reason. I only hope they would address this issue.

"Bad Service, No Compassion, Stay Away"

I am no longer a resident of nor have legal status in Singapore. I left just before Corona hit & SG and international borders were all closed to foreigners. I have not been able to return and am stuck in Indonesia trying to get back to Australia. All this time Viewqwest has charged me for a service I no longer use saying the only way to terminate is to bring the hardware back! I cannot do this as I do not live there & all my friends have also left & the ones that are there, also have busy lives or were locked down!

Viewqwest takes very long to respond and when they do they just keep saying the same over & over again, to return the hardware. What kind of service provider is this? Corona has hit us all & this is unprecedented. I will not be back to Singapore for many many months if not a year or two. You will just keep charging me all this time even though I am not using the service nor even in the country?? Very compassionate of you!
