As I stated in my previous reviews, I already returned all of those items as you know to your Las Vegas location with the pulled yarn and all of the defective items so those are back at your company so I need a full refund immediately on those items
If your company is legitimate, you will give a refund on those items.

Please refund the $30 which I paid for shipping the defective items back to your company. I had requested a mailing label many times to return the defective items find an email which I never received a return label so I had to pay $30 to return the defective items to your company.
Please refund is $30 amount for my shipping charge for the fact of items.

"The seller disappeared from communication"

After the last appeal (5 months ago!) I have not received the order, the seller does not respond to e-mail and on the official website.
(edited) A month later, the seller sent my money back. The store should view its mail more often

Commande reçue dans un carton "amazon" (si on fait le choix de ne pas acheter sur amazon ce n'est pas pour en recevoir malgré tout des colis...) sans bon de livraison ni facture. Je vois dans d'autres avis que c'est apparemment une pratique courante pour ce site.
Nous avons reçus deux ponchos, avec le même numéro de référence et la même taille alors que nous avions commandé deux ponchos différents, à des tailles, des références et des prix différents!
Nous avons envoyé des emails pour expliquer notre situation: on nous a répondu une seule fois et en se moquant véritablement de nous!
Alors non, aucune recommandation pour ce site.

Pour un service de qualité et des produits en alpaga allez voir d'autres marques plus sérieuses!

"Alpacamall"

Alpacamall finally reached out after about a week and half of continuous research and trying every each way to communicate with them. They did resolve my issue positively. But I am too exhausted to continue fighting and will let it go. Writing a bad review here helped a lot. It was the only way Alpacamall contacted me back via email, same one they post on their website. (Not allowed to write it here.) I had sent about 5 emails to that same address, in vain, plus unanswered phone calls, etc. - too much hassle for subpar quality. Items are extremely light (not typical of alpaca wool - they should have more body to it.) And they look like machine made, not handmade at all. Not cheap either for the low quality.
In a nutshell. I would not buy from them again unless they improve customer service and, mainly, the quality of their items - meaning: they must disclose these are all machine-made in China!? And not alpaca wool at all. Their items should cost at least 50% less. If people like the design, they will still buy, but at least they will not be fooled, like me.

The sweater I ordered arrived in about two weeks. I had been getting concerned because I hadn't heard anything after being informed that the order had been processed. When I wrote about it, I received detailed tracking information, which I very much appreciated. I normally wear Medium but ordered Large on advice of other reviews, I would go bigger next time as I would like to have more room to layer on top of other garments. Very pleased with the product overall.

Die Erfahrungen in den anderen Rezensionen kann ich nicht bestätigen. Der erste Teil der Lieferung erfolgte 2 Tage früher als angekündigt. Der zweite Teil, dauerte ungefähr 10 Tage. Der Kontakt zu Alpaca Mall war durchgehend positiv und immer zeitnah.
Die beiden bestellten Pullover fallen für die angegebene Größe etwas knapp aus, hier am besten eine Nummer größer bestellen. Der bestellte Poncho entsprach der angegebene Größe.

I cannot confirm the experiences in the other reviews. The first part of the delivery was 2 days earlier than announced. The second part lasted about 10 days. The contact with Alpaca Mall was consistently positive and always prompt. The two sweaters ordered are a bit tight for the specified size, it is best to order one size larger here. The poncho ordered corresponded to the specified size. Would like to order again
