"Brilliant - Start to finish"

From showroom to delivery I couldn't have been happier. Having previously bought from well known high street brands, I was taken aback by how personal the experience felt. They really made sure we were happy with our choice, letting us take swatches home (even ordering and sending ones out to us they didn't have in store). Once ordered we were kept up to date on delivery and once the day came, we had two fab delivery men - they were so friendly and efficient!
We love our new sofa, I just wish I'd been getting my furniture here for years! The price is comparable but the quality of product and service is 10x better!

"Worst purchase ever made. "

Writing this in the genuine hope it stops someone else making a mistake. Honestly the worst house purchase I have made in 40 years of marriage. We purchased a Hartfield Grande sofa, chair and two footstools just over a year ago . (One bought later to try and get comfortable!) We did complain quite quickly and as others have done the feather cushions have been replaced by part feather and foam once but honestly the fillings are awful. After sitting for a short time it disappears under you and appears in uncomfortable lumps all around. I have photos of how bad this is and even under a 10kg dog! To gain 30 minutes of comfort you have to plump them well, having unzipped and they are so heavy it is a two man job. Soul destroying! The cushion in the chair loses all form and creases right across the middle. The other problem is the frame in the arms. It is so hard but hardly has any padding so it is very uncomfortable to rest an arm on. Surely the very purpose of an arm rest? I have raised the issues with the guy who came to replace the cushions, with the delivery team who bought the footstools and In the Guildford showroom and sadly have resigned myself to a very expensive mistake that I will have to endure or replace and lose a huge amount of money. Such a shame because they look nice. I would honestly advise you to sit in the showroom all day if you are considering buying it.

The installation team was excellent, and the in-store service was fantastic. I visited several times over a few months because choosing from your gorgeous designs and fabrics was so difficult! I've already been recommending you absolutely fabulous service every step of the way!

Lovely sofa and great customer experience at the shop in Islington. There might be a long lead time, but it was very well communicated from the beginning, and actually worked in favour for us as we're also running behind on our schedule. The sofa looks lovely in the living room and it's great quality. We have it for a little less than a year now. Recommend it!

"Pip Footstool…"

We ordered the Pip footstool and are delighted with it. Nothing was too much trouble, we asked for an extended deliver time as we were out of the country. The delivery guys were great, nothing was too much trouble. The footstool is excellent quality and looks fabulous in our living room, loads of storage inside as well, every handy.

Wonderful experience. Both Anna and Jo at the Bristol store were the most helpful caring and knowledgable people I could have hoped to have dealt with. Buying a sofa is like choosing a partner. You're going to be spending a lot of time together so you need to know how comfortable you'll be and whether you are the right fit. They put up with my numerous visits and countless questions with patience and kindness. Offering valuable interior design advice as well as reassurance that I was buying an item of enduring style and quality. Can't recommend them highly enough. And the sofa? Well, we are very happy together and are now planning for a footstool.

The level of care and support we received has been exemplary, from the sales team in the Guildford shop to the two gentlemen who delivered and installed the sofa and two chairs. After visiting a few local sofa companies we decided on Arlo and Jacob because the variety of shapes and fabrics on offer suited our home. We are thrilled with the furniture, the comfort, colour and style are exactly what we hoped for.
