My first order took too over a week and I had to chase, but good customer service and product . My second order was depatched promptly but rubbish courier for my clients area. Courier reported no answer but client and builders were at the property. Had it diverted to me and I had to deliver to client. Will think about using again

Fantastic blinds and customer service support. Highly recommended and I will be ordering two more for my bedroom. I ordered the twist and fit roller blinds. The first one went up easily, couldn’t be happier. I struggled with the second one so contacted customer service and the lovely Jessica guided my sausage fingers to adjust the side fitting. Worked a treat and now that’s up too. These twist and fit blinds are a dream for anyone who wants to install a blind with no hassle.
