Website doesn't work, can't buy stuff from them, absolutely pointless!

I bought a pair of shoes on my trip to London, wore them for two and a half weeks and they are already starting to fall apart. A big disappointment.

"Absolutely abysmal customer service"

Absolutely abysmal customer service. We travelled 63mile round trip to purchase a pair of Nike Blazers for our daughter who wished to be wearing that evening. Dissapointingly her size was not in stock so we proceeded to order intore with the actual item in hand. Some bright assistant placed the order, week later the trainers arrived and guess what, wrong. We contacted the store via WhatsApp customer service, chocolate fireguard would best describe the response. Not only did they send the wrong trainers they wanted a further £30 into the bargain to exchange. The trainers we chose clearly had a price sticker on the sole which was £70 and now requesting an additional £30 for the pair we originally ordered for an exchange (illegal). I vented my frustration to the tea stirrer who I seemed to be in contact with under the guise of customer service, who advised me to excalate to Schuh complaints department. After some days I received a flowery letter from Scott just out of a novel with how sorry and understood bla, bla, bla. I responded to his mail of condolence and a week later not a peep from Schuh complaints department. I certainly would not recommend this outfit, and certainly won't be engaging in any further business, plenty more outlets out there to get proper service. Schuh if I could have applied no star in my review would have been one too many.

Margaret from customer services was brilliant in tracking my lost order and even had another pair of Nike Airmax set aside for me if my order did not appear . Finally got my trainers thanks to Margaret

I spoken to a lovely girl called Isla from customer experience at Schuh after missing a call. She was fantastic at helping we with and exchange and providing a refund due to no sizes. Perfect customer service

"FAKE TRAINERS ONLINE"

Ordered a pair if nike air jordans for xmas. Cant fault the delivery time came quick and evri were amazing. Push forward to xmas day and they dont look right. They were black but this white salty powder keeps comming out of the stitching around the leather. Tried all sorts to shift it nope keeps comming back.then i read how to tell fake jordans and everything they said is exactly how my trainers are.wonky label glued inside tongue not stitched on, feel hard material like cheap plastic. Clumpy to walk in leather wont bend on top when u walk. Something not right tried contact schuh got nowhere with them.beware they sell fake trainers at top whack prices online dont think theyd get away with it in store as you can see the defaults... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! 😡

Ordered a pair of doctor martens and before they were shipped I contacted support to make sure I get the correct size, and support confirmed that they will send me my size, but they still sent a smaller size. In plus to this the ones they sent are scratched. How you can call such people?!

Ordered a pair of boots got two returned a pair in October after a headache of trying to down load return labels countless email and phone conversation s still tying to get my refund a terrible sevice it feels that they being deliberately awkward would not recommend to anyone

"Disgusting behaviour from staff"

I was at Schuh in Edinburgh, Fort Kinnaird on Christmas Eve where I received the most disgusting behaviour from a rude staff member! I asked for a certain pair of uggs & was told they “only have what’s on the shelf” I then walked away & a rude girl named Clio shouted at me saying leave the store! The store was full of ppl & the way she had shouted at me was disgusting I’ve never experienced such rude staff in a retail store before it was shocking & clearly lack customer service training! I will never use this store again!

Ich musste eine Bestellung leider stornieren. Aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen hatte ich Bedenken, ob der Kundenservice reagieren wird, aber der Kundenservice hat innerhalb von einer Stunde per Email geantwortet und wie gewünscht die Bestellung storniert. Vielen lieben Dank an das Team!!!
