I recently ordered a pair of Uggs as a gift from the schuh online site, then almost 1 week later was informed that they had made an error and they refunded my money. This has happened twice in 1 month! And at Christmas time! The online store is a complete shambles I will never use again. I would advise anyone to stay clear very unhappy customer

Ordered these trainers over a week ago on next day delivery…still yet to receive them, spoke to the WhatsApp team who advised me to go to my local Schuh to pick up a pair there as they’re in stock…when I arrived I was told they only have 1 single shoe in stock???! Absolute laughing stock, really and I never complain! 0/5 stars!!

Ordered boots and paid for a next day delivery - these are (were) a Christmas gift to my daughter. 5 days later, still nothing. Have chatted with Schuh live chat for last two days and they pretty much (just) told me that there's nothing they can do....but did want me to cancel my order (i wonder why?) - I cannot leave the house so have no means to buy another gift now. Additionally, they admitted that their courier, Evri, was not very reliable...which begs the question, WHY USE THEM?? Just avoid at all costs, spend your money somewhere else!!!

Unable to cancel my order to prevent delivery but when it was returned they only refunded £62.50 instead of £65 when confronted about it they then told me to contact Klarna, I had paid for the item in full on my credit card so what’s Klarna got to do with it, now i have to do all the chasing to get the full refund.

Hier werde ich definitiv nie wieder bestellen. Die Schuhe sind zwar nach der Zahlung über PayPal angekommen, jedoch wird einem verschwiegen das da eventuell noch Zollgebühren drauf kommen, wo danach eine extra Rechnung von UPS kommt. Es wird einem versichert das man die Gebühren zahlen soll und die im Nachhinein zurück erstattet werden aber es passiert gar nichts und man kriegt auch keine Antwort mehr per Email. Ich rate euch davon ab hier etwas zu bestellen.

Really bad customer service ordered trainers online a week ago to which they’ve just informed me never came out of the warehouse I will get my refund after Christmas and no trainers for my son! Back and forth conversation for 3 days to be told no trainers and no refund really frustrating and no one cares!!

Returned via in post 4/12/22 not received refund. Contacted via chat, was told it was collected by courier 7/12 and they’re investigating. I’m unsure what as I have returned them so now fighting to get refunded because they haven’t received the item. Will be very wary of ordering due to returning item
