"Unacceptable Service Standards"
So this is my experience of Schuh and its courier UPS, should have had delivery on tue 12 Oct, received email from UPS same afternoon claiming that delivery had been attempted and as there was no response the parcel had now been dropped off at local collection point. So i called UPS customer service confirming that 3 people have been indoors all day, our front door bell is loud and in perfect working order and furthermore we have CCTV that can also confirm no delivery attempt was made. The CS agent being very apologetic assured me that she will have someone collect my parcel from the collection point and have it delivered at my house within the hour.
Today is Thurs 14 Oct, afternoon and i am still without my parcel and have had absolutely no communication from UPS.
I contacted Schuh CS yesterday, wed 13th, they advised me that someone from UPS will contact me wthin the hour, but of course no one did. Spoke with them again today, once again they have assured me that someone will be in touch and that i should all being well receive my parcel tomorrow Fri 15 Oct, and in meantime they will monitor my issue.
So i leave it to you to make your own judgements of Schuh & UPS.
Update... So Fri 15 Oct, has come and gone and still no parcel or any communication from either Schuh or UPS.
Quite staggering, I'm actually lost for words.
Update... Sat 16 Oct, has also come and gone, still no parcel or any form of communication from Schuh or UPS.
Update... Sun 17 Oct, still no parcel. Emailed Schuh CS team last night, they replied saying the tracking information shows that parcel was delivered on Thurs 14th. Couldn't make this up if i tried. They have now started an investigation with UPS.
Update... Mon 18 Oct, Schuh complaints department emailed me advising they have issued me with full refund. So i guess thats, The End, of this saga.

"I NEVER received my £55 order"
I NEVER received my £55 order. Despite explaining to Schuh through numerous emails I was more or less called a liar. Parcel Force told them it had been delivered and signed for. I explained that no one at my address had signed for anything. I asked to see THAT signature.
Couldn’t or Wouldn’t show it.
Shocking and disgusting customer service

If I was you I’d avoid ordering shoes at or from SCHUH if they are coming from the warehouse!
Friday I went to store to get my daughter some new school shoes as they wasn’t in stock they had to order them, they asked if I wanted them delivered to store or to my home address as both were free so I picked home.
Monday morning the shoes arrived when I opened the box all the correct lelli Kelly accessories was there even the box had the right shoes on but there was a completely different pair of shoes in the box they were start rite shoes which Schuh don’t even sell!! these shoes also had a lelli Kelly plastic tag on!
Someone had took the shoes out that I ordered and replaced them with some random ones in the warehouse because there was no damage to the parcel.
Tuesday morning I went back into store and spoke to management and customer services on the phone to which they basically said what do you want us to do about it we don’t sell them shoes so we won’t be doing anything and I wouldn’t be receiving my money back. They also said they are having problems with their parcels with parcel force but yet they are still continuing to use them🤔.
I was told an investigation was going to be done and I would hear from them when it was complete.
We also made complaints about the staff I spoke with as I was made to feel like I was a scammer and actually left the store in tears!!
Wednesday morning ive had a snotty voice mail left on my phone by the vile lady from customer services I delt with yesterday hoping I’ve had a lovely morning but I won’t be receiving a refund as the shoes came from the warehouse and they don’t sell them shoes so have a lovely day.
So customer service was rang straight after and they don’t have any cctv at the warehouse so they aren’t able to see who is doing this so because of that they aren’t prepared to take responsibility so they can’t do anything about it!!
These shoes had a tag on that me my self wouldn’t be able to put on a pair of shoes, the shoes were also not even My daughters size and we are now down £50!
Just wanted to put this out there so people are aware as I’d hate for it to happen to someone else!
I will never shop in schuh again especially the Solihull branch😤!!

"Empty shoe box received."
Ordered a pair of trainers for a birthday gift. Opened parcel to see a box of tissue paper and no trainers inside. Raised with customer service who have not helped and basically are calling me a liar. Not sure where I stand with this now as they have my money and I don't have the shoes I have paid for and worst of all I have no present to give my sister on her birthday and now have to spend further money and go out of my way last minute to find a replacement present. Little care shown by customer service about this and I'm really unhappy. Looking at the other reviews on here, I should have thought twice about ordering from this website. I've paid £80 for an empty shoe box. What a joke. :(

Ordered a pair of trainers which were £20.00 more expensive on other websites. Paid via PayPal with no issues. Trainers arrived within 2 days. Really pleased with the trainers and price.

There is definitely a problem with the schuh website, as identified by other reviewers. Tried to buy on several occasions but website states that there is a problem with my bank. However, having tried with different cards I realised that the transactions were going through as pending, so the fault is with the Schuh website. The customer service is of no use at all. Can't believe they are still in business.

What a hassle.Will never order online for home delivery again.Not clear with returns info and ended up costing a fortune. Took a while for a refund on the shoes as they didn’t fit but didn’t get £8 delivery fees refunded.

"Hidden Return Charge!"
First time ordering online from schuh and it will be the last. They don’t make it clear there is a £2.50 returns charge if you don’t have
a schuh account. Obviously if they had made it clear I would have signed up. I tried to sort with live chat but they were no help. So now left having to pay £2.50 for the pleasure of trying on a pair of badly fitting shoes.
