"Never order !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

It took 26 days for me to receive my order. We are far from the so-called 10 days.
In addition I had to pay customs fees (10% of the order anyway! And again because I noticed it, otherwise it was 3 times more!).

The figures are of poor quality. 3 figurines are broken, one of which is not even what I ordered!!!
3 other figurines are in poor quality.

Don't worry though, with this poor quality their company will quickly close and they will stop scamming people. I have several friends who have ordered from them, they have exactly the same problem: slowness and poor quality.

Never order from them!

UPDATE 03/05 :
It's wrong. you bought a packing slip 12 days later, the shipment was still sent 10 days later. You are just trying to save time.

Regarding the missing parts. The fact that the figures are missing parts is also the fault of the carriers? The fact that the parts are of poor quality is also the fault of the carriers???

Stop taking people for suckers.

"/!\ Stay away /!\"

It's been a month and my order hasn't even been proceeded. Seems to be the case for everyone else. Customer support isn't being helpful either and seems scripted.

I'm not sure what's going on, but I avise to stay away as long as the situation isn't sorted out.

EDIT : While they answered my negative feedback, I'm still waiting for the answer from the customer support.
EDIT 2 : 1 week later, and yet no response from customer support.

"Seems to be a scam company"

I am having the same experience, spent £40 and have had no update to when or where my order is.
Ive sent an email and it has not been delivered, seems to be a fake email.
This is looks shady as hell the more I look into them, does anyone know how to get into contact with them?

You reply asking me to put my private order number online where everyone can see?
You have my email address and I have submitted a form, this is not very professional at all, I should not have to go through the reviews to be able to contact your company.

"I've sent 3 emails"

I've sent 3 emails, I ordered back on January 24th and still no word if my items are shipped or being made or anything. If anything If thr company could just keep their customers updated that would make a world of difference. I just enjoy painting the miniatures for my husband's DND group so I'm not in a rush just want to know if they are in the middle of making them? or shipping is delayed? Or something would be wonderful.
*UPDATE *
I finally got my order in and it was better than I expected. Even though the company is backed up with orders I must say there products are amazing, each miniature was absolutely stunning with amazing detail and quality. Will be purchasing from again knowing the shipping will be a while but totally worth the wait. Thank you for there team for reaching out to me and I hope everything is going well and better for them (3/11/2023)

"I'm having the same experience as many…"

I'm having the same experience as many others who have commented below. My order was placed on December 28, and I still haven't received anything. Also, no reply to my inquiry via their contact form on the website. I needed my minis for a session a while back now, but I had to find replacements from other places. Still, I would like to receive my order, but patience is soon running out.

While I can't comment on their products I can comment on their service. I had to cancel my order as I both needed the miniatures around the 5 day shipping estimate and I also wouldn't be around to receive them later than 10 (which I later found out was closer to the actual shipping time).
They got back in touch with me quickly and respectfully, sorted out my request without issue.
Sounds like they've got a lot of orders to handle and if you've got the time to wait you at least know customer service will get back to you when they can.

"Brilliant to awful in 7 orders."

I started using only-games from July 2022. I have placed 7 orders since then till now, January 2023.

The quality of the orders have been excellent. The wait time has been 4-5 weeks average. So a lot longer than they say. Just take this into consideration when ordering.

Customer service comms has been good and in one order a model was missing and was printed and posted out within 2 weeks.

Now I have one order that I placed on the 6/12/22 and I got tracking info on 11/01/23. Royal Mail tracking says 'we are expecting it' , this means RM have yet to pick it up from the company and scan the parcel into the RM network. It also means that only-games created a package label for my order.
Now on 1/2/23 it still says the same on RM tracking, no delivery arrived and no response from customer support (who is only one person who I won't name doing all the customer services I think as it's that individual who has helped me previously and been very courteous and helpful).

As I work in retail and customer services for over 30 years I would put my expectations on service to be high but reasonable.

The response to my order query (4733) has been zero. By the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I can take further action but the service and quality of goods has been great up to this point.
I don't get why this is the negative experience I am getting? It's a shame as got off on a good start.

Happily come and work for them to sort it out!

No wonder you don't post your trustpilot scores on your website.

Great customer service is not difficult. Your only harming the future of your business, sales potential and longevity of the business. It also brand damaging for the companies that rely on your service to provide their customers with their products via you.

I will be taking this up with some of those companies!

If you can't take this review and your business seriously then you should not be doing it.

Also, where is my expensive order? Please.

"Weeks late and no customer service"

Their customer service is non-existent. Every email comes from a 'no-reply' email address, and even the returns email they give on their website replies that the email address doesn't exist. Ordered an item, said 5 days to make. It took 3 weeks. Used their website's "contact us" form repeatedly, and it took over 2 weeks to get a reply. When they did reply they said it was still being manufacturer. I replied and told them to cancel my order as it was so late I no longer needed the item. They never replied, and shipped the item anyway. Awful way to run a business.

Edit: Both the claims in the reply are inaccurate. They did email me after they saw my review and wrote their reply, that email said they would refund me. I got a refund notification from the site a day later. They updated their website a day later too to remove any mention of an email address, so refunds can only be requested via the contact form they clearly ignore. Oh also they asked in their email to me to please update my review to talk about the model quality. That seemed really important to them, so I'm happy to oblige: The model quality is sub-par and not accurate to the images on the site.

"Very slow but WELL worth the wait"

Rated 1 star initially due to no response from customer care after a month.

Mini's finally arrived and it was WELL worth the wait. Exceptionally well printed, minimal clean up and well packaged. I will be using them again.

"Where’s my order?"

Placed two separate orders, the first one being on the 18th December, and the second one a couple of days later.

The second one arrived a month after the order was placed, the models themselves are to a really high standard and the packaging was great, but the first order hasn’t arrived and there is no way to contact them. Every time you email them it bounces back, and when you go to their site to fill in a form you get nothing back.

EDIT:
My first order finally arrived (31.1.23) and Only-Games have reached out to me. Again the miniatures themselves are fantastic, great detail and lovely packaging. I think the surge in sales has slowed down production time, but a simple email would of been nice to let me and other customers know that this is the case.
