FINAL EDIT: Major let down. Finally got the refund, but over a month of hassle, and with multiple reassurances that turned out false. It has been an awful experience shopping with them, I wish any one else luck and hope they get what they pay for or at least a speedy refund.
I placed this order on December 23rd. They say on the website all orders will be made and shipped with in 10 working days. I had to reach out via email to find out that they were behind on orders after it had been over 2 weeks and they had said my order would be shipped in the next few days. It’s been over 5 days since then, over 15 working days and I haven’t heard anything! When I reached out on social media who ever responded said the size of my order was the issue.
EDIT: They have since responded and shipped out the order, hoping the quality was worth the wait.
EDIT 2: Finally got the order delivered. The entire reason I was told it took so long was the big bits pack I ordered was made to order and it was to large to be done in 10 days. Well the package that was delivered did not include the majority of my order. Just 3 swords and 4 loincloths. Now I have to reach out again in order to see what is going on and where it is or if this company even decided to send it out!
I’m going to be trying to get a refund because this is unprofessional.

"Still Waiting For A Response (Bad Customer Service)"
I have placed an Order on December 19th 2023. Over the past few weeks I have sent messages via the site form they keep suggesting. I have consistently been checking on my Order and as well my email to see if I have received any response or if my order is fulfilled. I am very disappointed by the customer service so far as I am receiving Radio Silence. I am currently at 2 stars as I have yet to receive any of the prints that I ordered.
Edit: They have gotten back to me and has answered my questions in regards of the status of my order. It indeed does take about 2 days for them to get back to you but at least they have gotten back to me. I am looking forward to seeing the bits when they show up.

"Only-games.co very poor customer service and quality of goods"
I made a purchase on 29/11/23, using the klana option. Money left my account and no conformation of order, I raised a complaint with klana. I emailed via the contact message on the website and was emailed back saying they couldn't find order with number i had. I added docs with proof of payment out of my bank to their company. I then placed another order on the 13th December order number on email OG231572911LDN
Order arrived and I wrapped it for Xmas
Christmas day came and when opened it had parts missing. Photos taken and emailed back to the email contact I had before. Multiple emails sent asking for missing parts or complete replacement, as of yet no reply.
Will update should the matter be resolved.
Update 10th January 2024
I have now received the replacements for the models.
I can say that the replacement did arrive quickly from receiving email.
So experience wasn't great, but I would purchase from them again.

22/12/23:
13 working days (17 actual), so far, with no update on an order.
Shame, I theoretically ordered to get it before the holidays.
I’ll update when I get an update and/or the order.
Other reviews look like there is some kind of customer support and/or time scaling issue. Wish I checked here first.
24/12/23:
Got 3 emails.
One apologising for the delay citing reprint for quality control and ticket delays.
Another, a general email apologising for delays due to excessive orders.
And the last, a general email regarding a sale event.
That’s it, I just don’t get an update specific to me and it’s delayed for an unspecified time.
Also these things don’t go together.
Is it a broken ticketing system, a messed up print or too many orders?
Trying for more business when you have too much?

Not sure why there are no updates on orders.
Still sat at unfulfilled at the moment.
Guess I’ll update if and when I do get my order.

I got them in the end, just took way longer than the website indicates, they’re not perfect, some layer lines on one, broken bit on the other. Added stars as you ,ay be fine with this if you don’t have a resin printer or make more imperfections/broken parts than this does 🤷

Placed an order 23 days ago, still no notification of if the order has been created let alone shipped. Have tried the email contact but it actually doesn’t go through and have left messages on the contact form and through their social media profiles with no contact. At this stage I wish I had read the reviews here and just saved my money. Don’t order through this company and save yourself the hassle

"Horrible customer service"
I placed an order with them not realizing the 10 day lead time. No biggie I thought. On day 11 I messaged them to get an eta. Day 12 I got a response that “there is a 10 day lead time and I would get an email when it ships”…..ok but I’m at day 12 now. Later that day I get an email that my order shipped. Unfortunately all they did was make a label for it they haven’t actually handed it over to Royal Mail. That was 5 days ago and no response from any messages to customer service.
Avoid this site. They have amazing creators but the headache you will go through isn’t worth it when there are so many better sites out there.

"Not worth the time and money"
Ordered something 3 weeks before I needed it, plenty of time to include their 10 day timeline for printing and shipping. I emailed 9 days after the order for an update so I could figure out an eta and was told reprints were needed. It's been almost a month since the last update. I've emailed multiple times and have heard nothing. Obviously, I didn't have it when I needed it because I still don't have it. Emailed again today for either a tracking number or a refund. Don't waste your time or money here.

"Rapid print, good quality, responsive service"
I made a large order (30+ models) recently and after ten working days (the amount of time they said it would take to print such a significant amount) I emailed customer service slightly worried - but I needn't have been, I got a response within the day that my order had been dispatched. The print is excellent quality. Thoroughly recommend.

"Brilliant Company and great customer service."
Great company who are now printing and distributing Zoontalis figures by Diceheads. The figures come in well packaged, blister packs. My most recent order: spell cards, character cards, and figures, arrived very well packaged but one of the figures was missing. A quick email to Only Games rectified that and I had a replacement within a week. Brilliant.
