"Avoid at all costs"

Avoid at all costs. I made an order on December 1st and have yet to actually receive the order. In fact, they haven't actually sent the order to ship yet. This place should be shut down!!

Ordered a mini for a campaign starting in the new year, promised 5 day delivery, item hasn't arrived a month later, emails given by website are broken, search of the internet also gives broken emails, 0 customer support, awful company I will not be using again.

"If I could review lower I would"

If I could review lower I would. I ordered £130 of miniatures on the 6th of December and they still haven't arrived despite shipping. It is now the 12th of January. They do not have a contact number which that in itself shows how tragic their customer feedback must be. And the prompt '2 days wait for an emailed response is currently sitting at over 3 weeks.

"Terrible Company"

I would give Zero stars if i could, ordered 28th November 2022. It's now the 7th January 2023 and i have only just recieved my items after a "delay". The minis are of terrible quality, most of them i had to glue back together!! They advertise 32mm scale, but these are almost half of that!! Barely any detail shows. Best advise, buy a 3D printer, find the files online and do it yourself! Stay Far Away from this company, absoulte joke.

"Possible scam site"

Ordered and paid for a set of miniatures and tried to cancel the order via web formular and mail after reading the bad reviews. The order is still open, nothing has been printed but multiple emails later and no answer yet. Most of the emails provided on the website do not even work and the company does not provide any other contact (like phone).

Paypal buyer protection has been contacted. Hoepfully they can solve this.

"Scam site, no tracking, no contact"

-EDIT-1- I FINALLY GOT A REPLY JAN 10 SAYING TRACKING WOULD BE RELEASED UPON SENDING THE ORDER. THAT WAS IT. -EDIT-2- JAN 27 I GET A REPLY THAT THEY SCREWED UP AND WOULD REFUND ME AND SEND MY ORDER ANYWAY. NO MENTION OF THE ISSUE WITH THE "CONTACT ME" LINK. NO MENTION OF TRACKING NUMBER. I ASSUME I WILL SEE BOTH OF THESE NEXT TO NEVER. THE PAINTING COMPETITION THIS WAS FOR HAS GONE TO VOTING AS OF TODAY. THE COMPETITION ORDER LINK SENT ME TO THIS SELLER MID DECEMBER. CRAP-POOR HANDLING OF THE ENTIRE SITUATION!! -EDIT FOR TECH- When I try to use my credentials to lig in it says login/password incorrect. When I try to reset password it tells me the email is unregistered. How the hell did I get the order receipt then? How would I have ordered in the 1st place? -ORIGINAL MESSAGE- I ordered a single miniature that was to be delivered within 12 days. The "Contact Us" email does not work. Further exhaustive searches found another Only-Games email that does the same. My tracking number has yet to be sent and now I can't even log into their site. When I went through my order link previously and attempted to track, it gets an error. Now the "track order" link is not even there. Contacting my bank to reverse charges.

I had a christmas order with this company. The busy period meant the order was delayed but the company responded well and the modals great.

"Extremely Unprofessional"

As some other people have talked about. The order I placed is running extremely late, and I don't mean late as in delivery I mean I placed the order and am going on 16 days of it not even being shipped out. Zero updates, they emailed me a discount code because it was late, but at this point I want a refund and no matter what I try I literally cannot get ahold of these people. The emails they gave don't work, I can't get an answer through their "Contact Us" section. Nothing. Scumbag Energy.

"Terrible service"

Terrible service, minatures have yet to show up and no updates on the product despite having ordered over 15 days ago, and the 'customer service team' are not awnsering any emails nor facebook or instagram messages. Advertised as 'printed with in 5 days' is obviously not true.

Still not received my order which was pkaced on the 21/11/22. Tryed emailing them the email doesn't wirk. So filled a form in on there web site to be tild there running behind and they will be giveing me 25% of next order,as if ill order with them again. Still waiting for order to come. There quick enough to take your money
