"Late Delivery, Poor Quality"

I ordered 4 bits for printing on 3/2. Still had nothing by 4/3. After multiple back and forth emails ensuring me the items were being printed I was told they were having quality issues and only wanted to ship the best quality. The next day tracking was uploaded but didn't move in 5 days. Items arrived 4/11. 4 bits were printed and delivered, but 2 were duplicates, meaning one was missing. All were bent and warped beyond use. Paypal issued immediate refund. Now I see the multiple horrible reviews and I'm not suprised.

"Still waiting... UPDATE. Received items."

UPDATE. After being told they had finished all but one of my miniatures ordered, they sent the order out and it's a shambles. Bits of the support still attached, pieces broken and just full on missing. Two of them came headless with two different heads in the package that didn't fit the models. I have to give a 1 but if I could, it would be lower. I'm now waiting on their 'resolution team' to refund my order...

Order placed on 1st of January for five figures. Still waiting for them now. Am chasing a refund from them because they just keep spouting the "unexpected rush over the holidays" type of excuse.

"Wouldn't recommend"

Sharing my experience as I wanted to give Only-games a try before Trench Crusade comes out in physical prints.
I put in my order on January 16th for 2 items marked as "Shipped within 15 work days". A generic e-mail was sent out after a while apologising for delays as they'd been swamped with orders around the Christmas holidays. After about 2 months (54 workdays) I sent a message asking if there were any updates to my order as well as voicing some of my opinions about their business practices. I got a sorry back and that they'd try and push my order through to the fulfillment-team.

2 days later I got the tracking number for the shipment.

When the miniatures arrived, many of them had parts that were badly skewed and bent out-of-shape. I don't think they were properly cured either compared to various other prints bought on Etsy before, so I've left them out to cure in the sun.

All in all, not happy with my experience and therefore I'll most likely stay way in the future.

"Same review as most others"

Same review as most others.
Placed order on jan 22. Now, more than two months later, I still haven't received anything. Normally, I wouldn't review a store before actually finalizing the purchase (Receiving the final product), but in this case, I have received 4 or 5 marketing emails from only-games from my order date 'til today.
That's just ridiculous. If you can't service the customers you DO have, please don't make it worse for yourselves with new ones.

"Long waits, constant chasing required and poor end product"

Similar to many of the reviews here. I placed my order on 8 January and it was dispatched on 19 March, arriving 2 days later on 21 March. The website claims production may take up to 15 working days but I was waiting 50 working days for my order to be dispatched (52 to receive it). I chased multiple times throughout this period and always received an apologetic response blaming either production delays or quality assurance. The first time I asked for an estimated timeline, this part of my chaser email was ignored. The second time I asked for an estimated timeline I was told my order would be dispatched the following week, but in reality it took a further 3 weeks to be dispatched. When my order did arrive, it was poorly packaged, and the miniature was improperly cured and still covered in supports, as well as in the wrong scale. At this point I can't face any further engagement with the company so I'll just cut my losses. I half wonder if that's an intentional business model. I'm afraid I have to strongly discourage anyone from buying from Only Games and will certainly never do so myself in future.

"I'm at 60 days today and still waiting on my order."

I'm at 60 days today and status still shows unfulfilled. Wondering if all these sales I am seeing promoted are being fulfilled before me. When I asked if I could get a tentative date at least I was denied. So disappointed. Hoping my order arrives one day but will NEVER order from this company again.

"Terrible company "

Same experience as everyone else here, ordered on boxing day and was told that my order would take 15 working days to arrive, and received it today, 5th March. Terrible company, I emailed many times after the already quite long period of 15 working days and received no actual information about my order each time, but I assume that this was the fault of the production team, not the customer service, which was otherwise quite good. The product I got was printed to a good quality, and I am very happy with it, but not at all worth the over two month (and 46 working days wait, over three times what they said), especially as what I ordered was not cheap. Also, despite my extremely delayed order I wasn't contacted once! And, even with no real information, and huge delays, they have the balls to flood my inbox with promotions of other products, and had a large sale during the time which my order was undelivered, so they hadn't even finished mine (and I assume many other people's), but were already putting products on sale, so preparing for an increased rate of orders! It's a shame that this company is so terrible, as the products and talent from creators are getting screwed over.

"Hopelessly slow "

Ordered on 27th December, up to 15 days production time stated on orders, that’s slow but I accepted that. I emailed for an update and they said sorry we are just very busy, fair but not good enough.

Products finally arrived 44 working days later, that’s not including weekends, yeah 3 times their up to delivery timescales.

Should have just trusted the reviews that said painfully slow etc.

Prints were fine, some clean up required but I’d expect them to contact me if my order is going to be 30 days late

"Thankful for refund but upset with experience "

I ordered a small bits pack on the 3rd January and as of Sunday the 17th February I had received absolutely nothing. I did appreciate Olive in the customer service team who responded to my communications and (I assume) issued a customer wide email in response to delays. Sadly I could not wait any longer and requested a full refund. Whilst initially they claimed my order was to be shipped imminently, I had sourced the product elsewhere. I am thankful to Olive for issuing a full refund and for their apology.

It is easy to forget that there are human beings behind a company. Although I have had a bad experience from this business, and will not be buying from them again, I am thankful for the communication and support from the customer service team and wish them the best in their future.
