"Advertised "ships in 5 days""

Advertised "ships in 5 days". Items arrived 28 days after order. Some prints were OK. A drummer with drumkit model was missing the drumkit. Staffs and pole weapons were irrecoverably bent. 2 models were missing knife blades. 1 model was a mess of 3D print screw up. Communication turn around was slow before and they've not replied to my missing and failed models complaint. DO NOT USE. I've given them 2* because the models did arrive and some of them were fine. I've also messaged the content creators to recommend they stop using this firm.
