"Poor delivery times."
Placed a order on 17th October. Expected a 15 day wait as displayed on the website. After 2 weeks I asked for a update and was told they are very busy and will be a delay. Wasn't told how long. After 3 weeks I have requested a refund. I would not recommend only-games.co and it's a shame that creators are going to lose money due to the poor service from only-games.

"Do Not Use"
I placed an order on 5th Oct and forgot about it, on 20th Oct,I then realised nothing had arrived and contacted the company to cancel my order, the reply I got told me 'my order was in production and we do not advise cancellation'. Fair enough I gave them a few more days and I contacted them on the 30th again asking for a refund - now I am told there are 'shipping delays', ignoring my refund request, Edit: After a second Instruction from me to cancel the order, they have ghosted me and shipped me miniatures I no longer want.

"Misprints and Bad Communication - No help or Solutions"
Several items from my order were printed to the incorrect scale. A "Loriantha - Resin / Grey" mini had the creature and base printed far too small. This mini in particular is supposed to have a 75mm base, but it is only 40mm. The "horns" of the mini were printed to the correct scale, so they confirm it was printed too small as they don't fit the mini's socket to attach them, and are about the same size as the entire mini itself. With the non-matching "horns" held in place pointing directly up, the mini was only 80mm tall, not the advertised 118mm.
It's been a month of "we are closely looking into it". Their communication is very bad. Have had 2/3 orders previously that always had little issues I've just ignored - this issue along with the others from the order genuinely makes it a busted purchase.
TO RESPOND TO THEIR REPLY: I got a reprint 5 months later, no warning, no communication - just appeared one day in my letterbox. LITERALLY sent me the same order, with the exact same scaling problem. The communication through their contact us is very slow and unreliable - you get palmed off to wait for updates from "higher ups", but they never come. Then their unlucky socials person does damage control, see below.

Actually i write a second review since the mini has arrived after one month.
The quality of impression is just disgusting a 75 mm : with broken parts, blade marks, impression defects in face, shoulder. Its like they rushed to clean it.
So overall bad review.

"Good customer support"
Original order was on time and tracked, but somehow went to the wrong country before disappearing. Getting it reshipped was slow and took a long while(probably because they were trying to find the original lol), but the customer support was helpful and fairly responsive. This has been my third order, and while it's my first issue, the core problem wasn't their fault and was definitely an issue with Royal Mail, as the tracking clearly had the correct address.

"Ordered in time in full, in great quality."
Ordered 6.8. delivered 23.8. to Austria. Delivered in full, in great packing. Staff and sword were a bit bent, but they add a little flyer that says to just put it in warm water and bend back. I will also have to clean up the support stumps a bit, but I expected that.
Only downside is that I had to pick up the box, because I had to pay customs. But that is not the company's fault.

Only Games customer service is appalling. Order over a month late with no response to multiple contact attempts. Avoid at all costs.

"Even burning money brings more joy"
I placed an order through DakkaDakka store (equally hopeless, claiming 14 days to ship, then replies it's 15 "working" days, then just pass you onto only games which claims 20 days on website)
The order, 3x5 heads 1 mini, was placed on the 25/June, and as of 13/Aug (40days/33 working days) it's still not shipped. Only-game customer service only fast to replied because I had problem with their web message system, to get the info to fix their scam tool, not a word regarding my order at all.

Ordered over 30 days ago. No response from my emails or ticket. I paid for product not a down payment for whenever they get around to it. Never using this scam site again.
