I made an order on January 11th. I just received it on March 11th. The funny thing is, it was the entirely wrong order. They sent me a bunch of tomb kings models when I had ordered a bunch of Slaanesh proxies. Still waiting for some sort of response from their customer support.

"2 months waiting for broken miniatures "
We ordered miniatures at only games at the second of January 2024 and waited until the 20th of February until they arrived. We asked them a few times via email why it is taking so long and their answer was friendly but had no real explanation in it. Today we were really excited to open the package until we saw that a third of them hat parts that are bent in ways that make to pieces unrecognizable e.g. swords that are bent like a banana. Some parts were broken. Also the bent parts look like the minis weren’t fully hardened before Someone put them into the package. We are so disappointed and will definitely never order at only games again.

"Delayed AND lost my shipment, unbelievable!"
Placed an order January 10th. The items were finally dispatched February 8th via DHL as they were kind enough to upgrade to expedited shipping for free due to the long wait. However after checking tracking there were no updates other than shipping received. Feb 09 I requested why it was still not picked up by DHL. They responded they would look into it. Feb 14th, I asked again for an update. Feb 16th (today) they finally got back to me saying they're considering the parcel lost.
At this point my patience has exhausted due to length of wait and the sheer audacity that they lost a package that was intended for expedited shipping in order to make up for the delay.
I've requested a full refund and will be contacting the credit card issuer in regards to this.
Please do not ever purchase from them.

If you're a dropshipping seller, please avoid at all costs. Your reputation as a seller may be at stake.
I should've listened to the other reviewers regarding their shipping time and product quality.
I was looking for an affordable and easy way to sell a product my customers were eagerly asking for. I always do a trial run of 4-5 people before mass-advertising, and thank goodness I did just a trial.
The orders were placed a couple weeks before Christmas, but were dispatched far after the estimated delivery date that they gave to us, sometimes up to two weeks late.
When orders finally arrived, there were broken parts, and as my product has connectors that have to be assembled, there were blobs in the print that caused the assembly process to be very difficult for consumers.
I know it's an issue with production as I ordered a sample in the past that did not have the production issues.
The concept of this business is great, but for me to return, this company needs to seriously improve its production quality and capacity to fulfill orders on time.
Until then, I will encourage other dropshipping sellers like myself to avoid Onlygames and go somewhere else.

I would give zero stars if I could had to file complaints with multiple agencies, both United states and the UK. Do not use their products. Do not waste your time trying to purchase you will not receive it and you will not receive a refund. I have had to take legal action.

"Worst customer experience I ever had until now (and that's not over)"
06/02/2024 It seems they are unable to fulfill orders in time since some months. We can understand they got troubles with Christmas but one month later, they still can't send an order I made right at the begining of the year. I got some explainations by mail but it's been around 2 weeks and I still didn't got news about my order, if they started to print it or not.
07/02/2024 : a customer support member mailed me today to say my order was produced and should be shipped this week. I wait to see
10/02/2024 : update for 07/02 : I received a text message from my postal service who asked me to pay service fees for a tracking number who seemed to came from only game. They never mailed me to communicate the tracking number. I toke the risk and paid. the order was delivered today... and one of the think I ordered was missing. I warned the service and I wait for an answer (and, I hope, some additionnal stuff for apologies because I'm really disapointed).
I'll keep updating this review but I don't think I'll add a star... One star is probably the best I'll give after all this mess... or maybe two, according of what they'll do to fix the mess, but I wont have any hope now

"Scummy Customer Service "
I had ordered some proxy orc miniatures and some assorted bits off of them for my girlfriend as a Christmas present.
The website itself laid out its shipping guidelines for when to order so it would make it to my place before Christmas, and my order was a few days ahead of that cut-off point.
Place my order, payment processes, and then nothing. No word from the website about any kind of delays or anything like that, Christmas comes and goes, still nothing.
keep in mind, they are not answering any of the customer support tickets. There is no hotline or tech-support phone number you can call you just have to shout into the void.
Fast forward to yesterday, to where they finally responded or took any kind of action after I had to charge back my card and dispute the transaction. At this point, I had even demanded for a refund on my customer support tickets and then they SHIPPED THE PACKAGE.
This company is wildly inept at best, and absolutely scummy at worst. This was my first and last order from this company.

I purchased multiple items from this company over two orders over Black Friday. The orders arrived but were incomplete and missing parts namely:
Suppressor Autocannon V2 – All Six, the entire order is missing
Axes Right PH – One Axe
Big fist Left PH – One Fist
Loincloths 1 PH – Three Loincloths (from the Physical Core pledge set)
Claws Right PH – Two Claws
Claws Left PH – Two Claws
Cloaks PH – One Cloak
Necklaces and greaves decorations PH – Five Necklaces, Three Greaves
Shoulder pads 5 PH – One Shoulder Pad
I raised a complaint with them on 23rd December stating what was missing and received a reply on January 2nd to say they would arrange replacement parts ASAP.
Two weeks have passed since that reply, my last e-mail to them a week ago was ignored, and it is now almost a month since I put in my complaint. I have not received any further update on my missing parts let alone received anything.
The parts I received were good but they seem unable to complete orders or provide a competent customer service.
18.01.24 - Two weeks have passed since I received a reply and I still haven't received my order in full.
01.02.24 - Another Two weeks pass. I state I will request refunds if my items do not arrive in the next two weeks. I am told that they will be shipped out the following day.
09.02.24 - Two more weeks pass and I receive nothing. I requested refunds but to their credit they refunded more than I requested, in fact more than half my order. They have further promised to complete the order regardless.
24.03.24 - They never completed the order as promised, but I'm happy with the refund.
