"Clearly over commitmented"
Sadly after almost 2 months, I’ve given up hope of seeing the order any time soon.
I’ve had subscription boxes from them appear very quickly that’s clearly where their priorities lie.
After the first month of delays they said that due to a large volume of orders during the holiday sale, they were behind. Only then today to offer another sale when they’ve still clearly not caught up! Can’t imagine they’ll be able to keep this up much longer

Placed an order December 22. It’s been several weeks more than the “15 working days” they claim is their turnaround time, infact, out of the 50 days I’ve been waiting, there have been 32 working days.
Every email i send takes several days to be responded to, just for the response to be some half baked “ohhh we’re so sowwy it’s just delayed is all 🥺”- Joke of a company. They offer no customer service at all, just this Olive character sending empty promises via email whenever the fancy strikes to actually bother to reply to people. I bet they find the time to respond to scathing reviews tho.
Stay away from this site, it’s bordering on just being an outright scam. Feels more like some 14 year old kid sat in his parent’s house playing with this dad’s 3D printer than an actual company that does this (allegedly) professionally.

Awful company, waited 10 weeks for miniatures and just excuse after excuse.

"Placed an order the 29th November"
Placed an order the 29th November, been in a back and forth conversation with the store over repeated delays and excuses.
Now they reset the order and claim it was confirmed the 26th December and are largely unwilling to refund me, despite the fact the status of the order is "Production is yet to begin".
Avoid this place at all cost, I will be taking legal action to ensure my reimbursement, but I urge any one to avoid this horrible experience.

"Long Delay and Uncured Products"
I ordered minis during their Black Friday sale (26th November) hoping they would be Christmas presents. They arrived 19th January. In the mean time I received a good handful of marketing emails advertising further sales. Two of the models that then arrived had uncured sections, one is heavily scratched by whoever had tried to clean the sprue marks.
That said, the lady who seems to be their one and only customer service rep was incredibly helpful over the contact form. She changed my shipping address twice while I was travelling for the holidays, replied when I asked for an update on delivery times, and did arrange a replacement. While I wouldn't recommend shopping with them for their products, I can't say they did a bad job with the handling of the order.

"I wish I'd checked trust pilot before…"
I wish I'd checked trust pilot before ordering. Waited almost two months for my order only to receive a completely substandard product. The printed item was already warped when it arrived and it continued to warp during the day after I opened it. Insane print lines across the whole piece and uncured resin topped it off. I would never order from them again

Huge unnecessary delays.
I've subscribed to their monthly box which arrives within the first week of every month so clearly they have the capacity to print and ship at short notice, but any time I order anything it takes around 2 months to come. If I contact them they say there's been a delay but it's on every single order. Since putting in my last order that's not arrived yet, there's been 2 big sales. Why are they putting on sales if they're still being delayed?
Several items are misleading and will arrive missing parts advertised but customer service won't help. The print on thin pieces like swords usually bends and their suggested fix doesn't always work because of the material they use. I think I'll stop my subscription and stop buying from them all together.

Don't bother ordering, because they just ignore all of upur requests for contact.
