"Lovely rug and excellent service "

The description of the rug was accurate and fair, we are very please with how it looks and particularly like the cotton backing, which gives it a quality feel.
Communication for delivery was great and I had selected the first possible date available on the website, but it turned up the day before. Luckily I was at home, so all good in the end. Overall excellent service, very pleased with the rug.

Customer service was impeccable! Unfortunately the sofa was too big for our house (NB. Loaf sofas are HUGE!) but the customer care team were so helpful in getting our return sorted. Just sad the sofa didn't fit as it was beautiful!

Loved visiting the Shack to try out the fabulous sofas. Staff were really helpful - not at all pushy. Placed an order on our 2nd visit. Delivery was excellent - punctual, friendly, helpful, packaging taken away. Delighted with our purchases. Really top quality. Overall excellent service but only 4 stars as we were told our order would be ready in 8 weeks when it was actually 12 so we had 4 weeks without a bed or sofa.

Terrible customer service! My delivery didn’t arrive in time so I cancelled my order. 4 weeks later I still have not received my refund. Will definitely not order from loaf again!

"We had our new Loaf Sofa delivered this…"

We had our new Loaf Sofa delivered this morning by two really lovely, friendly guys from Loaf, John and Sam. Unfortunately there was a fault with the new sofa, a replacement for a faulty sofa previously bought but John was straight on the case, reported it and hopefully we’ll have it sorted very soon. They gave me a Loaf branded mug as an apology for needing to replace the original sofa. I celebrated our new (broken) sofa with a cuppa in the new mug, which promptly cracked and broke, covering me in boiling tea. 🤦‍♂️
