I needed to replace a smartcard and the support team were friendly, helpful and prompt! Great communication via email, it was super easy to get some help. Thanks for all the support CoWheels!

"Unreliable booking system and vans so dirty as to be a hygiene risk"

I joined a year ago, and I've had one booking for a weekend cancelled, one that went reasonably as expected, and another where the van I hired was so dirty as to be unusable. Customer service are helpful and polite but seem to think this standard is acceptable - simply speaking it's unreliable and the vans can be dirty. I'll need to find another alternative for a second car. What a shame I'd hoped they would live up to their marketing.

"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer service. I went to pick up a car today at 18:30. The people before me returned the car at 18:29. I rang co wheels and spoke to Amy. I asked if I had to wait 15 minute to get in the car due to covid. She said no. I could get in the car immediately. I asked her to send me an email with that and I would check with the appropriate government dept. She refused. I explained the people before at no masks on and I was now being put at risk. I asked for a manager to call me and she said no manager at co wheels can make external calls. She then hung up on me and when I rang back it went to voicemail.
The people getting out of the car said they had called to explain they were late. No one called me to explain. If everyone using this service just take it back when they want this service we fall.
I have a photo which I cannot add to this review showing the tilting seat full of food crumbs. Which is disgraceful and you cannot eat in these cars.

Do not use this company. Their customer service is the worst ever!

"Co Wheels started off well where I…"

Co Wheels started off well where I lived in Birmingham but there seems to be a real problem with communication with members as they have withdrawn three cars in my area without any explanation or looking for alternative locations. Now my nearest car is about a mile away with no cycle parking anywhere near so it is much less convenient. There are few alternatives in Brum but will look at Enterprise Car club to see if they are a better set up. Shame as I support the concept.

Super service absolutely amazing convenient cheap I called them 3 times and they answered quickly friendly service it was amazing first time they need to supply more bigger vans and vans with tail lift

Always the absolute best customer service. Anyone I've ever dealt with has fixed any issues or helped me straight away. They are so responsive via telephone, online chat AND e-mail. Honestly I just love this company.

"Customer service poor.... AVOID"

I have to say honestly save your money no matternhow small the amount. Customer service absolutely shocking today. First time attempting to use the service today after joining last week and charging point not working so unlocking the car from it was not possible....in theory that's not a massive deal but it's how you're treated that makes the difference, not just what's being offered but also the tone. I cancelled my membership today.... It promises the world but unfortunately it just can't deliver.

"Another satisfied customer."

With the changed logo on the app I was at first unable to log in then I noticed my old address was still recorded. I used the chat line and both issues have been resolved. Over the years with Co-wheels I have needed to contact the team occasionally and have always been dealt with courteously.
