Easy sign up process. App works well. You are provided a card as a key for the car and that again works very well. Cars all seem to be at most two years old and in great condition. Would recommend

"General Review"
I first join CoWheels back in August. I signed up for it online and then dowloaded the app. Whenever I had a query, costumer service resolved it excellently. They were always very friendly, may it be for forgetting luggage in the boot of the car, extending a booking, asking general questions, getting refunded for paid but unused monthly fees, or for changing my account to inactive. The app is sometimes a bit weird to use and it would be great to be able to leave the car at another charging station and not returning it to the same one all the time, but these are very minor suggestions. I am really very satisfied with the company, their services & costumer services and can highly recommend them 👌👌👌!!!!

I am really disappointed with the customer service I received. The attitude of Lucinda was appalling she was impatient and even scoffed when I expressed my worries.
Few days ago when I hired a hydrogen Toyota Mirai automatic It had given me major problems when I was trying to move off. Just to mention the exact same car worked perfect when I hired it just a couple of weeks before. Yet this time it would only move by fraction and then it felt like the handbrake was applied (which wasn't the case, the electric handbrake light would go off when I was trying to move off)... I also noticed the grey box next to the mirror which controls the milage was not lit on. When I contacted the customer service the impatient assistant would not let me finish giving her all the information about the cowheels control box, she just told me to lock the car and she would try resetting it. She even scoffed when I wanted to remove my things from the car and announced with an impatient tone that she can open it anytime. I did point it out to her that her behaviour is not acceptable, following which she tried resetting the car. However the co wheels control box positioned next to the mirror appeared to stay turned off. When my attempts at moving off were unsuccessful she just told me on multiple occasions that its clearly a user error and she could not help me. As I mentioned before i have used the same car for 8h with no problems and that comment was very Insulting. I am disappointed as the idea of using co wheels seemed so great at the beginning but yet i have been put off. I wish they would hire people that possess even basic customer service skills.

Am new to Co-wheels but already loving the quality of the cars and the support from staff. I really appreciated Co-wheels retrospectively applying a discount to my account, one of the few places as a NHS worker I feel value is placed on my role!
The car I am driving today is in beautiful condition, looks and feels brand new and has SatNav, effortless to connect my phone to it for handsfree calls etc., and cameras for reversing. Great value.

A member for 5? years, I have been delighted with the vehicles and Customer support. On the one occasion when the onboard sign in electronics threw a wobbler the young lady on the end of the 'phone was more than helpful and went the extra mile to get me home.
