The Co-Wheels Customer Service team were really helpful while onboarding me. After my account was setup, I realised I had a promo code and they quickly refunded me the difference - very pleased with the speed of the turnaround and how helpful they've been overall.

I just love the idea of renting electric cars on hoursly basis, any time I want during the day. It is indeed value for money as well and the support team are almost always there to help you with anu enquieries you have.

I'd happily recommend Co-Wheels to anyone, it's been a great way to get access to a car when we need it without having to deal with the hassle and expense of owning a car while living close to the city centre. Any problems we've had have only minor and the customer service has always been helpful and resolved any issues quickly.

"This is a brilliant service"

In my experience this is a brilliant service especially when you compare it to hiring a car or van from a regular hire company in an inconvenient place and where it can take an hour to book-in and then get the vehicle you dont want which is dirty.
My only other advice is to take a video of the vehcle before and after the booking for damage assessment.
