First time in a electric car and it was so lovely - BMW I really like them now! I had to call as unsure how to drive and plug in and they told me how to access help page via scan code in the car but also talked me through everything I needed to know. The best but was I paid to hire only as mileage is free on EV! Recommend lovely car and good service.

I hired a car for a 1hr period to go shopping. I unexpectedly received an email giving me a warning that dogs are not permitted in their vehicles. This was puzzling as I don't have a dog. I called Co Wheels to express my concern and the first agent hung up on me. I called back and a second agent told me to reply to the email if I wanted to complain, I asked her to resend the original email to make sure it wasn't a scam. Received a duplicate email and listed my concerns about how they could accuse a customer without any evidence. Received a response that did not answer any of my questions or retraction of accusation made. I sent another email which commented on lack of customer service and finally received a response saying it had all been a mistake and they would not discuss further. The scheme is very useful, the customer service is dire and unprofessional. It needs to be improved if they wish to retain custom.

I used co-wheels for a house move and it was absolutely superb. Meant I didnt spend a fortune on a van, fit everything I needed in the vehicle. Best value going. I am also using their cars whilst my new car is awaiting delivery. Can't fault them at all. Friendly customer service who are helpful.
