I have been a customer for just over a year. When the service works it is perfect and easy to use, but I have had to use customer service for the first time and it sucked. I was promised to be phoned back, overcharged for my journey and the first rental wasn't even in place and required a taxi ride to get to where it was. Compensation offered for fare and for miles covered in a diesel alternative to the electric van I had rented was paid into my Co-wheels account rather than my bank account while I was assured that I would be refunded to my account. I fully intend to no longer use this service as it has been very disappointing.

I cannot recommend Co Wheels enough! I had a period between cars and used Co Wheels to carry out any travel I needed a car for.

The booking system is very easy to use and there was also always a great selection of cars. The best thing about it was definitely the support staff, on my first use I had a few queries that they dealt with quickly and were so helpful! I spoke with a girl Jade a number of times and she was absolutely fantastic!

If I ever have a situation where I do not have a car again I will 100% be joining again.

Renting a car as never been easier with Co wheels. Cars are every person dream to drive. Absolutely brilliant idea from founders. No hidden fees. They will explain everything to you and tell you straight up what you have to pay. Very easy o book a car too. In a question of 2 minutes you can have any available car.
All cars i tried were amazing good silent as they were hybrid. My first experience on a hybrid. I would 100%% reccomend this company. Dont go no europcar or enterprize. Where you end up paying £300 just for deposit for a corsa 1.2 plus whatever you have to pay when you can have a 2020 brand new toyota corolla estate absolutely stunning and classy too.

Cars generally always available and customer helpdesk exceptionally helpful always. Mobile App is rather basic and has limited functionality. Car cleanliness is not always acceptable. Car fueling sometimes needed at start of the hire. Be aware that other users of the cars may not respect the car and may not return the car in the condition that it was hired

Top service. Got my membership active in a matter of hours, fleet is nice and well maintained. Prices are really competitive and customer service is top notch, always available and helpful. I bought a car now but I truly miss co-wheel impeccable service. I really enjoyed the electric car choice from co-wheels.

I've not used any other car share scheme, so can't compare Co Wheels with any other, but they have always risen to the occasion whenever I've needed them. The men and women on the helpline at truly helpful (this matters to me!) and the cars are clean and reliable. I no longer need to own a car, do a lot of journeys by public transport, but when that's impossible there is always a car I can use.
