There was an issue with the car I originally booked but Zoe was so quick to help me. She was so friendly over the phone.
I later discovered an issue with the mileage cost and Kyle was super quick to respond and resolve the issue for me.
I am so grateful for their help! I have confidence in this company and will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

I have been using Co-wheels in Glasgow, Scotland for about 2 months. I would strongly recommend them for the following reasons:
+ they only have either electric or hybrid cars: less pollution overall.
+ there are usually several cars available next to my home: very convenient.
+ the service is very responsive and helpful. For example I had a problem with an EV car yesterday but when I called I immediately got a replacement booking at no cost (and for a better car).
+ the registration process is relatively straightforward and can all be done online.
Some things that could be improved:
- the app and online account should be more in sync and have the same, and overall more, info.
- the fuel or charge level are not properly updated online, which makes it hard to plan long trips especially with EV cars
- it would be good to show a photo of the car at its location, online, to facilitate finding the car or just seeing what it looks like prior to booking it.
- information on how to refuel the car should be available in your car booking online / in the app, for now it is sent by email separately which is not convenient.
- it would be better if it was possible to end a booking early and maybe get a refund, or at least have the car become available again for other members, and in any case not have a booking that you ended showing in the app as 'ongoing'.
Overall, some things can be improved but I am still giving them 5 stars because it really seems that they are doing their best to get better. I have used Zipcar for years before using co-wheels and I definitely prefer co-wheels. I also tried to register for Enterprise and the process was tedious, obscure and not client-oriented.
