Please do not lease a house from these despicable people. They over charge and my lease + service chargers come to £5000 per year.
They only clean the windows!!!!
The manager is not available to answer questions.
These people should be locked up.jessica ward is the contact she calls herself a manager but will not talk.
For gods sake do not move into one of their properties.

Although I’ve had a very bad experience with Warwick Estates in the past, where they employed debt collectors to pursue me for a bill that had been paid and on time, then also tried to charge me fees on top of that - that experience has been difficult to forget! - I have had generally good service since then. In particular, Tracey at Warwick Estates dealt with my query very well today, she went above and beyond to resolve it. Well done and thank you Tracey. She gets 5 stars!
