Used to be reliable but they changed their guidelines on what their doctors will do for you. Save your money and go to your pcp or doc in a box urgent care.

"Add my voice to the chorus of people…"

Add my voice to the chorus of people who call this a loser company. It's really simple: positive Covid test, need Paxlovid. First doctor promises to do that and never phones in the prescription. Now I'm getting infinite hold times trying to connect to doctors who say they're available but really aren't. With fake texts saying "the assistant is reviewing your case, please go back to the computer". What a joke. Salting the wound saying "typical wait time is 10 minutes". It's been one and a half hours. Begging for AI or some competitor to put this loser company out of its misery. Pharmacy will close at midnight and wife's fever is spiking. I hope these people burn in hell for their blatantly deceptive practices.

Update: After nearly two hours of waiting, being transferred to different providers after the one I was next in line to see bailed, etc., we finally got a nice, caring attentive physician who attended to our needs. Upgrading from one to two stars because of this. There has to be a better way to reject doctors who lie about their availability.

"BE CAREFUL"

BE CAREFUL. I CAUGHT THEM MAKING UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I DIDNT EVEN SEE A DOCTOR. I WOULD NOT LET THEM STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. THEN WHEN I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT IT GAVE ME RUN AROUND TRANSFERRING MY CALL FOR HOURS, INSTEAD OF SIMPLY REFUNDING THE MONEY.

"Saw Dr Robert Hruskovich- Do No Recommend"

Saw Dr. Robert Hruskovich, he seemed nice enough, prescribed a steroid and cough supressant for my symptoms. When I went to pick them up 2 1/2 hours later the pharmacy said they never received the prescriptions. I have now been on hold with the company for 21 minutes trying to get the prescriptions sent in before the pharmacy closes in 40 minutes. In looking back through the summary the Dr. wrote, much ot the information he included is not factual, either not asked during the visit or blatantly untrue- For example, never asked about sinus pressure and states I indicated there was none, asked if anyone else in the home was sick and I stated both my husband and daughter were- he recorded no known sick patients in home. Will NEVER use this service again.

"Had an appointment for pink eye"

Had an appointment for pink eye. Quick, simple. Never sent my prescription (I waited to go the pharmacy until 3.5 hours after the appointment). I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes at this point. Absolutely ridiculous.

"Useless weekend “appointment”"

Had a Saturday appointment for mastitis. I needed antibiotics and my OB wouldn’t be open until Tuesday (it was a holiday weekend). This provider would not prescribe antibiotics, and told me I should just call my OB instead. I explained they were closed until Tuesday and she said, “well they should have an emergency nurse on call.” I told her that an emergency nurse can’t prescribe medication which is why I made this appointment in the first place, and she again only recommended I call my OB. Complete waste of time and copay, I was not even given any medical advice. I will not use this service again; cvs minute clinic from now on!

"Chose Provider to see wisely, if busy chose another one."

I have used this service a hand full of times before over the last few years. I always spoke with a MD not a NP or PA. Usually I just need a antibiotic called in and I am finished, This person was horrible. Not listening to what I was telling her. Offering me a medication for something I didnt need. and then documented incorrectly in the summary notes. This time, there was no time saved.

"Their billing practices lost me as a…"

Their billing practices lost me as a patient. My therapist was great but they cost me a lot of money I otherwise wouldn't have spent if they had been timely with their response to my inquiry over a dispute in my copayments. I received conflicting information from their reps and three months later and almost $500 later I was finally updated that they were incorrect and my copayments were much higher than originally discussed. Their billing and "support" are completely inaccessible and completely disinterested good faith business practices.

"CHARGED ME for my therapist cancelling my appointment."

I get this service free from my college. The only thing we have to pay for is any missed appointments. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment, I was there and completely checked in 15 minutes early as per the instructions, the therapist canceled it 10 minutes after it was supposed to start with no explanation, and then Livehealth charged me $40 for the missed appointment.
