"Waste of money"

Talked with a doctor for maybe 2 minutes tops. She knew nothing about me and didn't help me at all. Told me to go to my regular doctor. I was so extremely sick I couldn't even make the drive to my regular doctor. All I needed was a simple antibiotic for a recurring chronic problem that was very obvious, even over video chat. Complete waste of money!!

"Zero stars for the scammer"

Zero stars. Called to get a refill fory Albuterol. Pharmacy never got it. It's been several hours. This is not the first time this has happened. It happens everytime. Now I have to spend time looking for a number to call to get a refund. Also going to file a fraud claim with my credit card.

"No help"

No help. Dr. Boyce Fish stated he would not prescribe an antibiotic due to it not being an in-person visit. Then why do telehealth? That should be posted on the website. I wasted my money.

"Live Health Online is a subsidiary of…"

Live Health Online is a subsidiary of Anthem. There is no one available to triage issue for Live Health and Anthem, my insurer, cannot help with Live Health issues. Appointment 5/24/23 for sinus infection and bronchitis like symptoms- 11 days since onset. Was told can't offer antibiotics until 14 days have passed. Holiday weekend. 5/30/23 wake up with stabbing pain in ear as well as continuing previous symtoms. 8: am call Live Health, Doc is short, doesn't care, but will call in scip. 11 am I check with pharmacy- no scip. Call Live Health, Dr. did not send the prescription. 3 pm still no prescription so call Live Health- Dr. Forgot to put dosage information on the scrip. It will be 2 hours before they send the prescription. I get off work at 4 pm- I am sick I want to go home and go to bed in the city where I live that has no pharmacy. Now, I will be stuck here waiting on a prescription until God knows when. No one can escalate the issue but I can file a grievance. How about someone just SOLVE the Problem, expedite the issue and call in the meds? Customer service gets a big fat zero. Mistakes happen, but it says all I need to know about your company in the way you handle those mistakes.
Update 4:45 PM there is still no prescription at the pharmacy. Guess I go to the actual Urgent care and Anthem should pay? or pay me back? Ha

"No real help. Just want your $"

Horrible “medical” care and waste of time & money. Not only did I have one bad experience, I had two. Used this about a year ago because I had a horrible sinus infection. Went on for days with no relief from over the counter meds so I decided to seek care in hopes for an antibiotic. Woman I get tells me congestion, pain, sinus pressure & yellow mucus don’t always indicate a sinus infection. By this point even my teeth hurt. It was definitely something more not just a cold as she suggested. Her suggestion eat apples, drink lots of fluids & take frequent showers. Refused to write an rx for anything. Finally went to urgent care & got the meds I needed & started feeling better then next day.
Fast forward to today a year later, I’m in the same boat (sinus infection) but even worse circumstances. I’m out of town for my kids surgery and I start to get an infection. Days go by. Almost a week in fact I try to push through & use over the counter meds &saline nasal spray. Sinus pressure hurts all the way down in my teeth again. Great it’s an infection. Nearest urgent care is 30 mins car ride away. We flew here & are staying next to where we came up here for. So no car. Sick. Don’t want to have to Uber. So I decided let’s try this online thing again. Maybe the last lady was just a quack. Nope. Current doc I got today … also would not write me an rx for an antibiotic, even tho I explained I was out of town and had to get on a plane in a few days. The pressure in my head was rough on the ground I need something to help.
Even diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection in his notes but refused to write an rx as I “didn’t meet the criteria” because it hasn’t been 10 days. Who lets a painful sinus infection go on that long?!!! Was quick to try to end the call when I continued to try to make him understand my situation was pressing.
No help. No rx. Not convenient. Still have to physically go to an urgent care to get medical help. Convinced the “docs” on here just take your money to tell you what most people who are sick already know & have tried. Huge waste of time money & patience.

"(< 5min call): Not provided with care AND charged more than an office visit"

Saw Dr. Cornell Calinescu for chest pain in December 2022. Had been to the ER a week prior and they'd reported no urgent issues.

Dr. Calinescu spent less than 5 minutes on my case and told me to go to the ER again. Did not recommend further testing (which is what I wanted) or perform follow up.

Charged me $40 for performing no medical care at all. Also, $40 is *more* than it would have cost to get a primary care visit and real medical care.

Folks, please begin filing complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Your single complaint may or may not be addressed, but if enough of us do it, they will begin to investigate this company's practices.

"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience. The doc couldn’t even call in a z pack correctly. The dosing directions were incorrect. “Take one until stop” that is literally what they put. The pharmacist could not fill the Rx with wrong dosing directions. If they put use as directed it would have been fine. Then we had to spend hours trying to get ahold of someone to fix the Rx sent to the pharmacy since they didn’t respond to the pharmacy either. Oh and when they say the estimated hold time is less than 2 minutes, That is only until the automated voice comes on to tell you it’s now 10 minutes. Then they research and put you on hold for 40 minutes and then the line goes dead. Is this even a real company. Clearly no one cares about the patients. It’s just not that difficult.

"Eager to take money but not good on keeping promises"

I contacted LiveHealth to request a medical clearance letter from the psychiatrist Dr. Fletes, explaining what I needed. They contacted him and then responded that I needed to book an appointment, which I did. I confirmed that he would write said letter after the appointment. I went ahead and paid the $170 fee as I don't currently have insurance. Dr. Fletes said he would send the letter within three business days. I have yet to receive it, and it's now April. I contacted him multiple times along with Customer Service. They have not responded to me.

"The one star for the few good ones"

The one star is for the very limited, less than three doctors on this platform who actually care, listen and try to make a real difference, otherwise I'd give less if I could. So many rude doctors on here, no bedside manners, not even a hello, just trying to finish the visit within seconds at best if they even join the zoom in the first place. You can be waiting for an hour and a half and they will cancel your visit with the provider you selected nonetheless without any warning that these doctors aren't going to be available anymore from a certain time on. Some doctors have horrible internet connection, you can't even understand more than every fourth of fifth word and when they call you back, the background noise of their phone line is even worse making it impossible to have an actual conversation. We've had more than 15 visits with this platform since it is accepted by our insurance, but other than the convenience of waiting forever from home rather than a waiting room, there's hardly any benefit to it. The sick slips don't even state where they're coming from, such as livehealth telegraph wouldn't be bad, have no telephone number listed, no address or way of ensuring it's legit. It's also lovely when you have waited forever on a doctor who supposedly available, that he cancels your visit when it's about to start. At first I thought that was just a glitch so I retried several times and still came up with the same issue. Their quality has decreased since the beginning of the pandemic immensely! The customer service line is unfortunately most the time quite useless as well and requires several call ups, time wasted and still no solution as to why these things are occurring or they simply don't care. It takes week to correct anything and don't get me on reaching the doctor when he forgot something you need, there's no easy way to reach anyone.

"I had a bad experience with Dr. Sapna Pithwa"

I had a bad experience with  Dr. Sapna Pithwa and I will never request her again. She had only 1 patient ahead of me waiting so I picked her but I ended up waiting over 50 minutes. Then, when finally she came online she didn't want to help me just kept saying to go to the ER. I asked her to help me with cramps and stomach pain and I gave her my honest medical background. I asked her opinion regarding a certain medication I have taken in the past for the same thing and she said that she didn't recommend that specific medication. I said, okay, no problem, but is there any other alternative? Can she just help with my symptoms and reduce the pain? She just kept saying that "she can not help me", "this is not what she is here for". She rudely interrupted me while I was describing my medical history. I wasted one hour on this call.
She absolutely DID NOT UNDERSTAND what I was saying.
She kept interrupting me and mumbled on about useless things.
She didn't answer my questions. 
She didn't help.
She didn't offer any useful advice. 
She only made me feel bad about being sick.
