"Horrible, Do not Use Live Health!"
Horrible, useless website, if you are given the option to use this site. AVOID THE SITE AT ALL COSTS. I have been cancelled upon by my provider TWICE in a row now! When the support message appeared again to tell me that my provider couldn't make it, I attempted to ask them whether my provider was even aware of her appointments. However, before I could get an answer, the chat box just automatically closed.
Last time I was cancelled I found another provider to use. But not only does the video not work as it appears, the therapist told me that she could only see a small portion of my face, the provider also seemed to not to know what to say.
LiveHealth Online should be facing the same lawsuits that Kaiser is currently facing for its detriments to people's mental health.

"Look at previous letters- they say it all!!"
Look at previous letters. I know that this is an unreliable service from personal experience. The doctors fail to show and change appointments at the last minute. Read these reviews. They all repeat the same problems and you can see that this organization is there, treating all their patients with a lack of compassion. When a service allows the doctors to be irresponsible and/or has such horribly poor web design and procedures, that they wind up creating a situation that is worse than it is. If you want to see the lack of concern for people suffering from various serious psychological problems and look at the company's response, which is a cookie cutter response that was probably cut and paste. Look at the responses given by Live Health and they tell the whole story; This company does not care about our mental health.
I am about to "enjoy" my Thanksgiving after being messed up by a sudden cancellation last night by the doctor. No problem for them at customer service when I told them that if I ran out of the "mental ozycoton," Effexor (a pschotropic), an evil drug which the mental health professionals push as a treatment of depression even though it restructures the brain and has a withdrawal as bad as heroin. The customer support people suggested the emergency room for a refill even though I would have to wait five or more hours there.Have a good Thanksgiving and give thanks for you ability to not care much.

"Terrible and A"
The doctor didn’t listen, just yelled at me, and offered no help. I needed some antibiotics and he told me I wasn’t sick enough. He just ignored everything I said. I am well aware that antibiotics don’t help viral problems but that’s what he just kept saying. He asked nothing about my history, etc.
This was the worst doctor’s visit I have ever had. What a waste of money.

"Save your money"
Save your money. I was just told that if my child didn’t have symptoms for at least a week or more they wouldn’t prescribe him anything. I just went through a nasty sinus infection and he is presenting the same symptoms. I am trying to help him to NOT have to feel crummy as long as I did. Do not even waste your time or money with this service.

"Poor care"
I made the appointment at Livehealth as I have an ear infection. I don't have an urgent care close and I work long hours, so it is difficult to get in to my primary care provider. The doctor with whom I spoke was rude and did not listen fully or carefully to the history of my current issue or what my current symptoms were. He only asked if I had any lymph node swelling. He was more than willing to prescribe topical antibiotics for an inner ear infection but declined any further care. I am also a healthcare provider and this is not appropriate treatment for otitis media, especially when one has a fever. He was very dismissive of my concerns. I felt like just a number, not a patient. I would highly NOT recommend LiveHealth online. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

"Something has changed…"
Something has changed…. Pre-pandemic days this service was pretty awesome. Really saved me from having to physically get to a doctors office a few times and therapy visits were always on time and never rescheduled and never had technical issues. Well now the past several months I’ve needed the service and it has been TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I’m experiencing what the other reviews say… rescheduling my appointment without me knowing when and last visit after waiting 30 minutes (she was late) we lost connection and she said she would call me and never did Ams didn’t even offer or suggest for me to reschedule. Not great for our mental health people! It took a lot for me to even have the courage To schedule, adjusted work schedule, and then stood up like a bad date. Never happened before though so must be new management or ownership… do NOT RECOMMEND

Please go to a doctor and don’t waste your time on a virtual visit. I had a virtual visit in which I waited 3 hours to see a rude doctor who refused to treat me for the things I had issues with on one visit. The doctor was Ellen Campbell. She told me I needed to pay another $10 and be seen again because there was a lot of people waiting as if I didn’t wait 3 hours. I did another appointment with LiveHealth on 11/03/21 and my doctor forgot to email me something and it’s been hell trying to get it. This company make you do a ticket then tell you someone will contact you in 48 hours and no one ever calls or send an email. I have called them several times to be told wait on email. This was it for me dealing with this company. I filed a grievance with my insurance company. Please don’t waste your time with LiveHealth because they are a joke.

THEY WASTED MY TIME!!
I SCHEDULED TO SEE A PSYCHOLOGIST. THE FIRST ONE WAS 30 MINS PRIOR I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION THAT THE DOCTOR RESCHEDULED IT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. REALLY? WHY WOULD IT BE RESCHEDULED TO A TIME THEY WANT? ARE THEY THINKING WE’RE FREE ALL THE TIME? HELLO DOCTORS WE HAVE LIVES AND JOBS TO DO! I CANCELLED THAT SINCE I HAD TO WORK ON THE DAY THEY RESCHEDULED IT.
GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE. I SWAPPED DAYS OFF WITH MY COWORKER JUST SO I CAN GET THE CLOSEST AVAILABLE DATE.
30 MIN PRIOR I WAS NOTIFIED RESCHEDULED AGAIN!! THEY’RE A JOKE, RIDICULOUS AND AWEFUL!!
WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. WILL DELETE MY APP AND BETTER NOT CHARGE ME!!

"HORRIBLE"
Their website is absolutely terrible and unreliable when attending a virtual appointment. If you get kicked out of your session, good luck getting back in and their customer service is horrible, and cannot do anything to help you... All they can do is open a ticket, which you will not hear back from anyone on. Been there done that. Technical glitches have occurred the past 3 times I have used their service. Cannot willingly refer them to anyone. Don't waste your time or emotional energy.
