"Horrible"
Horrible. Only works when you can speak with a Dr.
This is the company that my insurance plan has listed on their website. The first time I used this was back in Nov 2023 when my daughter was ill. I waited almost 2 hours and the dr came on, I could see her, she could hear us, but she said she couldn’t see me. Then we were disconnected.
Finally after 3 hours we spoke with a Dr who was awesome.
I have been trying to see a Dr since yesterday. A text message is sent saying you will be notified when the Dr is ready. But I never received it. What I did get (this morning) is 2 texts telling me that my appointment has been canceled successfully and a text saying that due to the busy holiday season my visit has timed out. If you still need to see someone submit a new request.
If you can’t see a patient then don’t send something saying someone will see you shortly. I could have gone elsewhere. Which I will now do.
**update**
I finally got the text that it is time for my appointment. When I clicked the link the page says my appointment was already cancelled. With a link to set up a new appointment.
Maybe technical issues. Very disappointing
** Now I have been contacted by multiple Dr.’s. Must have been technical issues.

"The service is terrible."
Yesterday was my 1st attempt to use the Telehealth service. I was going to use my local urgent care tele service but my coworker informed me our health insurance partnered with LiveHealth. Once I signed up I received a text letting me know once I come up a link will be sent to me. I waited and waited and waited. Also, the app isn’t user friendly. It doesn’t even let you know you are waiting to be seen by a doctor. Then 13 hours later I receive a text stating sorry your request to be seen by a doctor has expired I need to put in another request. Are you serious? This being my first experience with the company I’m highly upset. The service is a joke. Find another Telehealth provider.

""Your visit will begin shortly""
"Your visit will begin shortly" I've been waiting four and a half hours.
I waited an hour and a half earlier today, but I had to cancel. I use the Sydney Health app. Before, at most, it would take ten minutes to see a doctor.
I will not be using the app or LiveHealth Online ever again. This is insane.

"This app has gone from five stars to one in less than a month."
This used to be an incredible app, which was user-friendly. I used it in November, and had no issues. Today I had to re-enter all my information which was not a problem. I then was told that my appointment would begin shortly and I would receive a link. I was given no timeframe and no option for doctors as I was in the past. It has now been five hours and I have heard nothing. This is so unfortunate because being able to see a doctor, without leaving home when you are feeling ill and cannot get into your doctor was wonderful. I will certainly be looking for other options.

"Wow...the only thing consistent with…"
Wow...the only thing consistent with these guys is the negative reviews here are right. After 3 hours waiting for an appt...I get the link and it takes me to the registration page. And ... Another attempt....I get my appt has been cancelled. Their loss sent me off to SesameCare...which the appt was scheduled (instead of open ended) and $30 less.
Beware of these guys...they are also providing "service" for some of the other big brands out there... So... Do your homework.

"All of the 1 star reviews are accurate…"
All of the 1 star reviews are accurate except that I think they should be 0 stars. There is absolutely no service being provided here. I have wasted my entire day trying to get care for a prescription refill I urgently need. I have used Teledoc, Doctor on Demand, and Red-MD. All of them were far superior-since they actually provide a service!

"Unbelievable!!"
Unbelievable!!
They just completely changed their website.
I had to re-enter all my information from scratch.
The site is very bare now. Where before you could see a list of available doctors, wait times, etc., there's absolutely NOTHING now.
You get an email and a txt message "Your visit will begin shortly. When it’s time, we’ll send you a link to join."
And then you wait forever until the mighty gods decide to contact you back, with absolutely no time estimates nor any expectations. After waiting for over 2 hours, I finally got an email with a link, when I clicked on it, as soon as I got it, it took me back to a login page, and after logging in, I got a message that my appointment has been cancelled, and I need to make another one.
What a service!
Not only it doesn't work, this online service just regressed about 20 years.

"It’s been one hour and I’m still…"
It’s been one hour and I’m still waiting! They upgraded their app and it’s full of bugs and issues! Absolutely no customer service! My husband is sitting by his app waiting on a doctor and it’s also been over an hour.
I waited online for an hour and the girl tells me the upgrade with their app is not working and I’ll have to wait til tomorrow. I wasted my time re-entering all my information over and over line a never ending time share tour and nothing. My husband tried and no doctor ever came online. We just waisted hours while we are sick. Even the customer service support person didn’t want to tell me their upgraded app was a debacle and their system was down but what made it worse was her response. Just try back tomorrow. Okay I’m trying to get the URGENT CARE! just stupid responses. She said she wasn’t sure at first what was going on with the LiveHealth online app. I asked her is she was the LiveHealth support tech? It was clearly a long waste of my time. Very sad.

"Useless"
Never sent prescription to my pharmacist. No way to chase the doctor (Robert Chandler) up. Sent in circles between Them and Wallgreens. Ended up going to urgent care.
