"Long Waits"
The first few times I used this app, the doctors got right on the phone and I received my doctor's notes for work. But the past few times, no one answered the calls, no one called me back, just no one. So I'm uninstalling the app. That was ridiculous. If it happened once, I'd be okay. But three times IN A ROW, inexcusable.

"14 hours and no prescription sent for inhaler"
I really liked the doctor, she was professional, patient, and gracious. I get linked to this company through Anthem BCBS, and so one would think they are going to be a decent enough product/system. Their progam doesn't work with my mac so I have to use my phone and peck in answers to a zillion questions to get TO the appointment. That would bog down repeatedly and I'd have start over. I saw the DR. around 1 am last night. It's 4:20 and the pharmacy closes soon, and still no sign of the prescription for steroids and inhaler. Now I'm on a long hold to see what can be done.

"user interface sucks"
What the heck is up with the user interface?! The platform doesn't work on Safari browser. Fine. My mom and I switched to Chrome. Then we got an unexpected text message alert, but the link didn't work on her phone. So her e-visit ended up getting canceled. What the heck. I used LiveHealth last year and it was so easy that I came away thinking I'd recommend it to my mom should she need it. Well, she did need it today and got no where. I won't recommend LiveHealth until they fix their user interface!

Tried 5-6 times to make an appointment for our son. The appointments would cancel themselves or no provider would join the call…what? You’re an online provider, how does this happen?
The app is also the worst. Nothing is actually run through the app except for scheduling the appointment. Then they text you when it’s time for your appointment and it opens up in a browser. What’s the point of having an app???
Called customer service to see what was going on. They said they know it’s an issue and are working on it with no ETA. This is literally the point of a tele health service and they cannot do the primary objective.
This is the worst tele health service. Do not use it.

"Incompetent therapist "
The therapist logged on late (8 minutes past the hour), saying she needed to eat. Her room was clattered and disorganized. I spoke about 10 minutes about my situation, but she had very little to say. She talked about herself and how she coped with stress. I thanked her and logged off at 23 minutes after the hour. It was a total waste of time and money. Today I received a diagnoses that she noted I have an anxiety disorder and am a narcissist. How would she do this after 15 minutes of meeting with me? I can't believe I shared anything with this person. THIS IS NOT THERAPY!

"Can’t login to be seen by a physician"
Can’t login to be seen by a physician. I’m told since they converged their platforms, their system is seeing two of me and telling me to log in using the email address I logged in from! Support is on day 6 of processing my case. I’m away from home and can’t visit my primary doctor. Get on with this already! We’ve been to the moon… again!

"Can't pick a doctor"
Livehealthonline just sent me an email: "Choose a doctor and see the same doctor every time" but you can't pick your doctor anymore. I was excited that they may have finally fixed the problem of not being able to pick your doctor but you still cannot pick your doctor. Do they realize that it isn't working since the upgrade? I think the problem is that Amwell sends out these emails as indicted at the bottom of the email and at Amwell you can pick your own doctor. Livehealthonline does use Amwell's program but Livehealthonline modified it so Livehealthonline doesn't allow you to pick the docto anymorer. They need to fix this problem before more and more people stop using it. I have stopped using it and so have a lot of other people. Just but it back the way you had it before the upgrade on Dec 28...it worked fine until then.

I've honestly NEVER had a more terrible experience! I had to reschedule my visit 4 times bc of their new platform, Sydney, not connecting me correctly. Then they charged me full price for the appt. instead of charging my insurance company and last but not least, the doctor has yet to follow through on writing me the note I need for work after we spoke for an hour and she stated that I'd have the document within 24 hours. It's been a week now and I have yet to see it. Also, their customer service has no authority to really help patients and only "escalate" your problem to someone else who never actually calls you back like they say they're going too. I will NEVER use them again.

charged me for a service i cancelled, agreed to give me a refund. emailed me off of a random email account that went into my spam so i didn’t see and they closed my case. after trying to reach out to them for 2 MONTHS i disputed on my card which gave no refund because of their shady terms. hate this place

"Payment and Refund challenges"
I had a good experience with app and service in 2023, however have run into some trouble in 2024. I was charged full price for my first visit in jan (visit is supposed to be $0). It didn't go through my insurance ,even though my insurance is saved in the app. I called next day and got a case created for the refund. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received a refund. I've called support a few times. They are very friendly, but it seems like they are under staffed.
