"DON'T BOTHER"
Like others, I would give 0 or negative stars if I could. I saw a provider for a few appointments, $0 copay with my insurance. Then February comes and the system couldn't verify my insurance. Here we are in July and it still isn't fixed. I've called, emailed and wasted NUMEROUS HOURS of my time trying to get a benefit I pay for. Each time they say to pay up front and they will reimburse. Is that a joke? I KNEW BETTER AND KNEW I would never see a reimbursement. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with them. I needed mental health therapy and instead was left in tears and feeling like harming myself.

"Awful"
On my very first appointment, their technology wouldn’t work. I was on hold for an hour trying to straighten it out and they couldn’t do it. They said it’s a known issue. I never got therapy and then they had the nerve to charge me. If you want stress relief, this is definitely not the company to help you with that.

"Physician did not fill a prescription…"
Physician did not fill a prescription as he indicated he would. Tech support was of no use trying to reach the physician to correct the situation. The website itself does not allow user to send secure messages. Useless waste of time and energy.

"Insurance and Claim Issue"
I’ve used LiveHealth in the past for therapy appointments. Everything was going fine and was covered through my insurance up until January where something with their system changed. I got notice that my insurance could not be accepted at the time and I would have to be charged the full amount on my credit card. I’ve tried to call them numerous times with no luck connecting because they say they aren’t accepting calls due to a service issue!! How can you not accept customer service calls?? I even had my insurance company try reaching out to them and they only left a message. I am perplexed! After trying for months to get my money back, I’ve given up and will never use them again.

"I have been trying for 2 months to…"
I have been trying for 2 months to establish therapy with them and like so many other posters the experience has been horrible. My first therapist canceled 45 minutes before our intake. The 2nd one I managed to see for intake then she scheduled 2 follow ups and never showed for either one. Contacting the customer service line is a joke they just create a ticket and do nothing else. I have them tried to establish with 5 other therapist and every single one cancelled prior to the appointment or no showed. I mean come on this is just in a 2 months span of time what a joke. Totally unprofessional and each time I asked for the scheduling folks to work with me they just randomly set you up with someone not within your availability or set you up with someone you already stiffed you.

Awful. Had to repeat steps 5 times before their system would finally work to connect with a provider. Called tech support and their computers weren’t working. How are they online providers when they have tech issues with their app and TECH support?

"Many of the doctors on this service…"
Many of the doctors on this service come across as rude or indifferent, likely because they seem overworked, making you feel like you're their 50th patient of the day. I've tried several therapists, but they often interrupt, suggest breathing exercises or yoga without really listening to my needs, and appear to be providing the bare minimum of care. It's concerning that many large companies use this service to offer help to their employees, giving the impression that it's more about ticking a box to show they care rather than providing genuine support.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have 16 case documented case numbers that have not been addressed.
I usually get cut off during my appointment. I have been charged the wrong amount; Tech Support is NO help. I wish I could use another provider but Anthem Blue Cross only uses this app for Virtual Care now.
