Was unable to access care summary following visit and customer service is unable to assist. No record of appt and no physician report within account but was able to access prescription.

"Terrible psychologist"
Terrible psychologist. I asked him if he could write a statement based on our last sessions and he told me he can’t that he could lose his license. He obviously lied because he didn’t want to do anything to actually help me. He also never actually listened to my issues he just told me to watch YouTube videos on mental health that he had posted which did not help at all.

Terrible money grab. First visit will just be the doctor saying they require you to find and fax full medical history before even discussing your problem. Rude, rushed, and just interested in collecting as many insurance claims as possible.

"I could not link with doctor on more…"
I could not link with doctor on more than one occasion. You can’t get help. I’ve called and complained multiple times. I would not use them, but my insurance lets me see them with no copay. Horrible assistance.

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. My “doctor” has no schedule. Not that he doesn’t have availability, he is not an option to schedule with. So now I have to wait 6 months before I can switch and get a crucial prescription renewed.
It’s disgustingly obvious that Anthem is cutting all possible corners to save a dime and putting their paying customers health at risk. Should be criminal.

"Potentially a scam"
Potentially a scam? Had a psychiatric appointment and he asked super invasive questions for 3 minutes and then placed me on hold for 27 minutes while he "noted the account" and came back at the last minute to tell me to find someone local. TOTAL waste of time and energy.

"No call no show"
Psychiatrist was a no call, no show. Customer service response was to cancel the call and schedule a new one. The next available appointment was over 3 weeks away. My medication isn't going to last that long.

"Horrible"
Horrible. Will never deal with them again! I only used this service because I tested positive for COVID. The initial data gathering and video visit went well enough and was easy to do. The problem came from the Rx. The Dr. said he would send 3 Rxs. This was at 10 AM. I waited until around 1 PM to give the doctor and pharmacy time to work. The pharmacy still had no Rx from the doctor. I called the support line and after a long wait, I was able to speak to support. They claimed they didn't have the pharmacy info even though I had to select the pharmacy before my visit. No big deal, I gave the info and she said she would send in the script while on the phone with me and put me on hold for quite awhile. She claimed she could not get through to the pharmacy but left a VM. After waiting another 6 hours, I called the pharmacy which also required me to leave call-back info. The script was never left on their VM. I called back the support line to get help with my script again. They acted like they were looking it up, put me on hold for a long time and then just hung up. I called back and am still waiting. I have been working on getting this script from this company for 12 hours. This is ridiculous. I will never use this company again even if it is free from my insurance. I will just give up on the script and use OTC. I did have another message in for the support to call me back but they never did. I was nothing but nice to them.

"Katharine Jamison TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - hangs up on you"
I had my first therapy session ever today with Katharine. The call started professionally but turned sour really quickly. I spoke about being anxious from work, burned out from the grind and how it was seeping into my daily life. She asked two questions which I didn’t have a good enough answer to and she abruptly ended the call stating if I didn’t want to answer her questions she couldn’t help me. I responded by telling her it wasn’t that I just didn’t really know. She then cut me off and told me I was seeking FML leave and she didn’t write that nor write a letter for a support dog. (I wasn’t asking nor did I reference those two things). She then told me I might need family therapy if I was yelling at my kids. She 100% took something I told her and made a snarky comment right before she said bye and ended the call.
I’m not even bad at her b/c I have to assume she’s been burned in the past but I emailed her and let her know that was not me. I’m leaving a review b/c for anyone having a hard to as it is putting yourself out there I suggest seeking someone else.
In the end it’s her assumption and bedside manner that urges me to leave a poor review. I reported her to the app I was using and anywhere I can leave a comment I 100% will.

"Not allowed to choose which doctor"
You are not allowed to choose which doctor you want to see anymore. I just needed antibiotics for a cold infection and this lady doctor would not give it to me .
If I wanted over the counter remedies I don't need to pay a doctor for that.
They were great my first 2 visits. Never again. I wasted 55 dollars
