"Dr. Samuel Friedman - Not a good Choice."

I just wrote a review and forgot to mention that the doctor's name who rushed us through the appointment, promised a prescription, and never sent it was a Dr. Samuel Friedman. If he's a choice, go on to the next doctor. He apparently is only interested in getting his cut of the fee and going on to the next unsuspecting patient.

"If you think you’ll need a referral"

If you think you’ll need a referral, and it has to be signed and or faxed, don’t waste your time. LHO can do neither.
On the up side, we now know we need our “regular” doc to send a referral for the condition that sent us to LHO because it’s not as simple as we thought it was.

"2 minute visit 2 hour customer service phone call"

I mean seriously how hard is it to send a prescription into the pharmacy? I'm tired of calling the customer service line and having to wait on hold for over an hour (they are always experiencing higher than usual call volumes)

I would like my prescription the same day I call in and not two days later after fighting with customer service

Seriously will not be using them ever again.

LiveHealths apologies are as useless as the service! All of the reviews have a similar if not identical complaint! How about fixing the obvious issues rather than continuously post apologies!

"Disappointing"

I received a positive COVID 19 diagnosis on12/22. On 12/24 I had difficulty and needed medication to manage my symptoms. I saw a provider and received advice and prescription medication. Fast forward to today. I have recovered from the COVID 19 and need a doctor's note to return to work. I got up early and logged on to see a doctor that was available. When I got to the point of seeing the provider she was no longer available. I entered my info again and saw a provider who said I could return to work and she would provide a note. I'm still waiting.... No visit summary, and no note. I have called the help number twice. The first time apparently my issue was sent to the wrong support team. Now supposedly it is with the correct team. If I don't hear anything I will have to get up early to go on and do another visit. It is not OK for the doctor to not follow through. She should have completed my visit right away this morning. My time is valuable too.

"I tried this service for the first…time."

I tried this service for the first time. I set up a virtual visit, gave them my payment information and answered a bunch of questions. They showed me a doctor with a note that their typical wait time was 10 minutes. the screen said there were 10 patients ahead of me. over the course of 2 hrs. the count went down to zero and then went back to 1 patient. I called customer service 20 minutes ago and I am still getting messages that they will be right with me. this service is a joke and a bad one

I have been on hold for an hour and 13 minutes and supposedly 4 people are a head of me. It has said 4 people ahead of me for 30 minutes.

Cancelled appointment

I made an appointment for a telehealth visit for a sinus infection. I filled out the necessary forms and arrived at a screen confirming my appointment stating that the wait is typically under 10 minutes and that 4 patients were ahead of me. An hour later and no phone call. I had been logged out of their site and when I go to "upcoming appointments" there is nothing. So evidently my appointment had been cancelled, and there was no effort to notify me of this? This is the first time I've made an attempt to use this service, what a complete waste of time and money. I suppose the silver lining is that since I didn't get an appointment, now I don't have to pay for what probably would have been a completely unproductive, worthless visit based on the other reviews I've seen here. I'm pretty appalled that my insurance pays for this garbage and those of us paying for it are effectively subsidizing a worthless "service" we can't even use.

"I am spending a few months in NYC with…"

I am spending a few months in NYC with family, having sold my house in FL early Nov. I have had asthma/copd from a very young age, never smoked, and have kept myself alive/relatively heathy by being proactive, taught by my MGH physicians. I feel like I am getting URI, scheduled an appointment and MD called from Boston area! He said I would prob need antibiotic/steroids but I didn’t sound sick enough yet? I try to get on an antibiotic quickly so there is no need for steroids, ER visit or worse. As I am in transition and 1/2 of NYC is sick, his suggestion to get myself a PCP was unhelpful? That could take weeks? He suggested I call a previous MD who might be more familiar? Who graduates med school that can’t navigate a URI with a 65 yo patient with asthma/copd? Not rocket science? I spelled my medication and he still wrote it incorrectly?He said I was sarcastic? Wrong, that was straight up, pissed off, anger! My son is a medical attyn here in NY! Lets hope my wheezing and shortness of breath doesn’t get worse! DO NOT WASTE your money!

"Worst website experience ever"

Worst website experience ever. People don't know what they're doing. Appointments are canceled, connections don't go through, etc. . . I won't bore you with all the details of their lousy and mismanaged service and crappy website that Providers don't even know how to use. Just save yourself the grief and stress, which is what I was there for :<(
