"They’ve recently become the absolute…"
They’ve recently become the absolute worst excuse of a “health care provider” since partnering with Anthem. 3 hour wait and the doctor never even came.

"This service needs to vet the Drs they…"
This service needs to vet the Drs they use. I have had 2 different Drs (I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt) who stopped communicating with my pharmacy to refill prescriptions, when I try to call, no answer. Use at your own risk!

"OK for Prescription Refill"
I had a need to get a new prescription (i.e. new provider repeat medication). I found this site from a Google Search, Paid partially using insurance, was put in a queue for about an hour, had a video call, with Dr, Prescription was sent immediately to pharmacy of my choosing.
Likes: Speed from Google Search to having prescription, use of Insurance, prescription sent seamlessly to pharmacy
Room for improvement:
(1) Waiting room experience ... missed expectations, changing Drs,
(2) Trust in a funnel that changes URL

"No docs online… horrible medical advice once we spoke to one"
First there have been no doctors online for hours. Second the doctor would not treat my son for swollen tonsils stating strep can damage his kidney transplant and we need to go to the ER immediately. Call his kidney doctor who says absolutely not that just exposes him to more, and he would call in antibiotics. That it was ridiculous that the tele doc told him to go to the ER.

"Terrible service"
Terrible service, they are not helpful, doctors don’t bother responding to messages despite their own mistakes with writing a prescription improperly. Pharmacist at local pharmacy was shocked by how the doctor improperly wrote a prescription. I was seen over two weeks ago on telehealth and still haven’t gotten the prescription issue handled. I called and get hung up on. All around waste of time and money. They don’t care to help patients they just want your money and won’t bother to resolve any issues on the doctors behalf.

"My experience today was HORRIBLE!!!!!"
My experience today was HORRIBLE! While I received the appointment quickly, the doctor (Jason Johnson) took the call from his bed as I could see the headboard in the background. Additionally, his speech was slurred as if he was drunk or had a stroke. Something was OFF! I paid $59 for this service and I have yet to receive the prescription. My appt was at 9 a.m. and it is now after 3 p.m. and it still has not been called in to the pharmacy. I've called to follow-up 3 times and they are having an issue with the doctor's prescription. I feel horrible and I could have gone into a real doctor or seen someone else with results. Glad I am not dying!! Horrible service....

"Awful"
Awful. They cancel appointments, without any warning or reason. Alwyas claiming “video or audio didn’t connect” really ? How about you actually try to call the phone number on file or send an email at the least stating and proving your attempts and reasons to cancel. We pay for healthcare and need healthcare. This platform is awful.

"YOWZA"
YOWZA. This has been a terrible experience for me. My last 2 employers were self insured, with their own clinics so I do not have an independent Dr. I need one, but in the meantime I just need a prescription. I have tried 3x to get a telemedicine appt and now 1x to get a video appt. 10 mins turns to 30 turns to hours and days. No one calls. The video claims they are ready but no one is there. I will say LiveHealth cust service is top notch. The people who answer when I have to repeatedly call and complain are very nice but they have no control over the doctors. This is sloppy - very, very sloppy. In the last 2 weeks I have literally spent no less than 10 hours of my life to get a prescription I've been on for years. I just FINALLY spoke to a doctor. The entire call, including me looking up my pharmacy info, was 4 minutes and 20 seconds. There is NO reason it should've been so difficult. Tomorrow I will spend some time getting a primary physician so I am never in this position again of having to use this "service"

"Doctor No Show"
I made an appointment, reorganized my schedule, and sat in the portal for 40 minutes before getting a message that the provider couldn’t see me. Will they pay me a $40 cancellation fee?

"No consistency"
No consistency. Saw 2 providers, 2 days in a row for a skin infection. 1st provider prescribed a topical medication. Saw the 2nd provider to request oral antibiotics, bc the infection seems to be worse, which she told me she couldn't justify until I tried the topical. When I had a very similar skin infection 6 mths ago, I was only given oral antibiotics and they worked almost immediately. I was then referred to my pcp, which totally defeats the purpose of using live health online at all.
