Diagnosed my burn over the phone without requesting any photos. Would only write a prescription for an ointment...turns out they called in a prescription for an OTC ointment that I told her I was already using. Told me to go to urgent care if I developed an infection. I wanted antibiotics to PREVENT an infection.

I would leave 0 stars if I had the option. We have been waiting for 1 1/2 hours to be connected to a physician for my 17 year old daughter. The first time we were notified that someone would be with us shortly. Then we got a message that the person was unavailable. We could either cancel the appt or choose another clinician.
After choosing a new clinician and waiting another 30 minutes, we received a message that a clinician was available. We logged on, a person's name was displayed, and the appt was immediately cancelled.
What a joke! Please do not advertise 24/7 care when that is obviously not an option. If we would have known that we would be ignored TWICE online, we would have gone to the in -person clinic which is now closed. RIDICULOUS!!!!

$80 co-pay to spend 3 minutes reconfirming already provided information, then 2 minutes saying, "Yeah I think you have chronic bronchitis, go see someone in person. Bye."
Should've just gone to Med Express, I guess. Felt very rushed. Don't think I'll try Telehealth again, and definitely not with this company. Feel like I just got robbed, even if the advice/diagnosis might've been correct. Was expecting a longer discussion and possible prescription or direction.

Ive had issues as someone who dealing with identity theft. I can’t edit my phone number for example. And have been repeatedly over charged for example a prescription that costs thirty is run up as say 470 dollars and then where it asks for my signature they ignored it. I had doctors disregard the crimes and say I’m over reacting and crazy. Only to them themselves treat me like a victim, refuse to believe my circumstance for no reason even when I have police reports and proof. They deny my existence and experience with extreme crime then themselves over charge by four hundred! It’s either misogyny or even more of the inside crime he denied existed. Are you kidding me

This company used to have a good website. I used them in the past few times and was very satisfied. They changed everything and now only allow to schedule an appointment. No history no other info no way to edit linked accounts etc. and link to start the visit arrives to my phone. Customer support is useless. What happened to them and why they decided to redesign a working process???

Try Sesame Care....they are markedly better with patient care.

Their App is totally useless. There is no option to edit any information. If you make any mistake during providing profile information, you will not be able to edit or delete. There support staffs are not well trained to solve the issues as well.

Found out as I signed in for my appointment that it was too late to cancel, that it was $250. Best part? The state of Maryland doesn't allow mental healthcare providers to provide the service I was hiring them for.
Did I receive ANY consultation from the service facilitator? Absolutely NONE. Did they even know what I needed to ask the doctor for to get my prescription? No, not whatsoever. Did they think they *should* know. "No, we're just an intermediator" ok so intermediate me back my money. FINALLY, notice how they have no feedback process for the service THEY provide. Just the doctors, maybe customer service. Do they want your feedback about the scam they run? Absolutely not haha

My elderly father has a sinus infection and the doctor (Kenneth Yeboah) was very uncaring. He basically used age-descrimination to say an elderly person should not be treated by telehealth and should go to urgent care. Why would you offer this service then to elderly people. HORRIBLE! I would never recommend this uncaring doctor.

Dr would not let me finish a sentance, and you could hear a family event I was interupting. Tried to call customer service, 30+ min on hold then they disconnected.
