"I have used this for years and will never use again!"

I have used this for years, and had great experience's. I tend to get UTI's When I travel. I logged in set up an appointment and the DR was rude then agreed that I have a UTI, but wouldn't prescribe an antibiotic because I could be pregnant? ? Simply because Im sexually active and due for my period this week and have not had it yet? She said she would call me back in 30 minutes after I took a pregnancy's test, I am fully asking for a refund of my 55$ and reporting this to the BBB and MA state attorneys office. If I am pregnant by any chance you do not get to decide what I put in my body, I am disgusted...

"I have an awesome psychiatrist through…"

I have an awesome psychiatrist through here but the therapist are awful. The first one was absolutely obnoxious typing very loudly over me talking and arguing with everything I said. She even googled something I said to prove me wrong and in the process proved herself wrong! The next two therapists just keep canceling without any explanation whatsoever. They should have to give an explanation. That should be mandatory. What if you have someone that is paranoid? You’re going to make them 1 million times worse with that kind of nonsense. It’s just disrespectful and bad customer service and very poor practice. Get it together live health!

"urgent care is terriblec"

I used to be a really big fan of live health. And its still good for the things that you can make an appointment for, like mental health therapy or to see a psychiatrist, but the way the urgent care is set up for the app is terrible.

You go to the app, and fill in the information to set up a new appointment and then they are supposed to notify you when its time for your appointment and they are supposed to send you a link to go to it. But the doctors only give you one minute to get the email and click on the link before they cancel your visit.

I set up an appointment at 12:20AM, they sent a link at 12:22 am and they canceled my appointment at 12:23.

I set up another appointment, and I have been waiting for my appointment for 20 minutes, having to check and refresh my email inbox ever minute the entire time because if I don't see it right away I wont get to see a doctor.

They don't send me text messages with the link to the visit either. They send me a text message saying "We'll send you a link when it's time for your visit, but they don't send the actual link to my phone, they only email it.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I’ve been trying to get in touch with a therapist for months. They canceled my appointment 3 times without rescheduling. The therapist that I’ve seen with them were genuinely so terrible , the only decent one was Kathleen and when I asked to schedule me with her they never even scheduled me at all. I just tried to schedule another appointment and the next available one isn’t for another month. The only reason I tried live health is because my previous therapist company doesn’t work with my insurance company anymore. Don’t even waste your time, money, or patience with live health.

The doctor we saw was an old lady. My daughter is in college, very sick during final exam week. The lady doctor refused to give her antibiotic because she was sick for 7 days only. She prescribed medicine we can simply buy OTC. Such a waste of money!

"Canceled therapy appointments with no explanation given"

I have tried scheduling therapy through this company with 2 different therapists. The first one: my visit was canceled the day before the visit in the evening. Not even 24-hour notice. The second provider: I was in the therapy session and trying to tell the therapist why I was meeting with them, and the appointment was canceled and the visit ended. How unprofessional. It was overwhelming to just be cut off mid-sentence with no follow-up. I won't be attempting this again with this company.

"My husband called in on Wednesday for a…"

My husband called in on Wednesday for a sinus infection and the doctor was so condescending and rude, he’d ask my husband a question and literally spin his hand around like my husband was taking to long to answer. He was not at all helpful in treatment and failed miserably in regards to bedside manner, will never use telehealth again.

"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME"

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! They're basically fraud because they'll let you tell them what's wrong for purpose of documentation and then tell you a million excuses based on "policies and protocols" that they can't help you and you need to be seen at ER.

They do nothing for simple urgent care needs and state they can't help because they can't physically see you / exam you but they'll charge your insurance and say they did their job.

I've had this happen twice and recently this morning for something so simple. I asked basic questions being in the medical field myself and the female practitioner said "You're bullying me" 😂 because I was asking honest questions about her integrity and questioning the purpose of this app if they never help anyone.

"Terrible doctors, terrible experiences"

My provider for psychiatry was extremely rude. Told me she wouldn’t help me because I had too much going on. Charged me $40 to see her for 5 minutes just for her to hang up on me. Tried to call customer service to at least try and get my $40 back, but both times I’ve called they tell me they can’t even find the appointment on my account so there goes my money.

My sinus infection isn’t a sinus infection.
I get a sinus infection at least once a year. Usually can get over it in a week. If it goes longer I used to go to teledoc, get my antibiotics, take them and get over it. The doctor was polite but a waste of time. Basically recommended OTC items then charged me fully for visit.
Don’t understand the purpose of the service. I can walk down the aisle at Walmart and pick out nose sprays.
Very disappointed and will not use again.
