"Terrible!"
Terrible! Their new and improved website is absolutely worse in every way. There's no way to precheck my mic and cam before connecting with my therapist. My therapist couldn't hear me and I could not find the problem. This happened twice. Control has been taken away from the user. I can't get the help I need. When I called to get assistance with the mic problem, the representative said he can't help me either, because control has been taken away from reps too. Useless.

"Unable to access care customer service couldn't care less"
I have not been able to access my provider since December. Their customer service goes nowhere. Their tech support is absolutely useless. They don't respond to any emails or any cases. If you call customer service to try and get help you'll be on the phone for hours with no resolution. They'll apologize to you and give you a case number and that's about it. Their app hasn't worked since the 28th of December and they make no effort to rectify it for patients to access their providers. They deleted all of my information including my messages from my provider. When I finally got those back I wasn't able to schedule with my provider. I had to call in to schedule with my provider but then the app doesn't work to be able to actually see my provider. I have missed two scheduled appointments and had one other canceled by them because they can't get their own app to work. They offer you no assistance through tech support. Their email that they provide for assistance goes nowhere. Every time I call in they claim to escalate my case, I currently have eight cases open waiting for anybody to respond.

"Absolutely the worst possible care I…"
Absolutely the worst possible care I have ever received. Do NOT EVER use this service. Service doesn't work. Called customer support and waited for 25 minutes just for them to tell me that they know people cannot connect to their doctors and they are "working on it". It has been a day, and I have missed both a psychology and a psychiatry appointment because of this issue. YOU ARE A LIVE SERVICE! THAT MEANS THERE HAS TO BE A CONNECTION. I don't know how these money hungry corporations are allowed to dance around and pretend to help people while also providing a completely useless service. If you cannot connect to a doctor, then why is this a service at all? Useless.

"THE WORST"
THE WORST! I waited over 2 hrs for an urgent care visit and when I finally received the link for my appointment, it kept telling me my login was invalid. It was the same login I used to make the appointment. It would allow me back into the app to make a new appointment but it would not recognize the existing appointment I had.
I was never seen. This was for urgent care. They are continuing to decline with their service. It is a joke.

"Changes to App HORRIBLE"
Have had several positive sessions with this application but beginning this morning-it went to downhill quick! Complete change to the application-I had to re-register for a scheduled appointment-all of my registered information was apparently gone-I finally got in to see the provider and my credit card was charged $85-apparently because they no longer had my insurance information. HELP!

"No longer using this service"
I used to love using this service and have always told everyone to use it. Today I tried to get an appointment and the app is completely different , wait times wayyyy longer, and I don’t have any choice in who I see. Horrible experience and will no longer be using this service and no longer recommend to anyone. I am very disappointed in this service. They will be losing a lot of business. After reading the recent reviews with similar experiences , I see it’s already happening.

"This used to a great service"
This used to a great service. Now the app update won't work with Android phones. The wait time is approx 2 hrs for a 2 min visit. Service and app have really gone downhill.

"LIVEHealth.com careful they don't kill ya"
As the other person has also written, this service went fromn 5 star to 1 star in less than a month. It appears that some corporate folks more concerned with profit than people have destroyed what was a 5 star service. My experience is that of someone who filled in all of the required information including medications that I currently take, and then the doctor prescribing a medicine that conflicts with medications that I am taking? I was also very disappointed in the fact that now they assign the doctor to you rather than before when you could choose a doctor and in so doing you were able to first conduct some research as to the fitness of the doctor. NO MORE!

"Choose any service but LiveHealth"
As others have stated, the interaction with this company (I will not use the word service because that’s NOT what is being provided) is ABYSMAL. I requested an appointment around 12:30 PM on 12/31. I received email and text notifications stating my visit would begin soon and that I would receive a link to the visit. I received an email and several text notifications at 2:46 PM. By the time I logged in at 2:50 PM (I was driving at the time and needed to pull off the road for safety reasons), I got a message stating the appointment had been cancelled. I’m very glad I opted to dump Anthem this year and return to Kaiser for 2024. I was always able to schedule telehealth visits without issue under Kaiser.

"Waiting for link to be seen for over…"
Waiting for link to be seen for over 1:15. No one answers the telephone. Might as well go to medexpress but now it too late and I have to wait until the morning. What a waste of a company.
