"Fraudulent charges"
I had an apt in may 2022 for my daughter. Was told I had to pay my copay up front which was only $5.90 so no biggie (I have the original invoice and my credit card statement). Wait time was ridiculously long and actual appointment was useless. Anyways it is now Dec 2022 and I got a random unauthorized charge on my credit card for $53.10 from them. I log into my account and they said they’re billing me due to only “partial payment” of the $59.00 (uh what??) owed for the appointment. 100% error on their end and fraudulent charges at that.

"They take payment upfront and then when…"
They take payment upfront and then when you need to meet with a provider it's over an hour wait. Then the portal logged me out when it was "my turn" and I couldn't access the video call. I have no idea if they've charged my card yet and they also store your credit card info so they can charge you in the future. There's no way to remove your credit card info from their portal.

"Been sitting on the “next patient to…"
Been sitting on the “next patient to see Dr Brewer…your visit will begin shortly” screen for over an hour.
This app is free with my insurance. I guess you get what you pay for!!

"Worst platform in existence with equally stupid employees"
I literally never leave reviews but after today I feel it’s my duty to warn other people. To say this platform is a nightmare would be the understatement of the year. I was dealing with them for over 4hrs from meeting with the dr to trying to wrap things up. Appt was a 45 min wait time with 2 patients ahead. Dr appt took 3 min. She gave instructions to “call” her back once we did a Covid test to rule that out. Did test, 20 min later try to call her but all you can do is request another appt and pay another $59. I wasn’t going to pay another fee when the dr told us to call back before she prescribed a medicine that wouldn’t work. You can not reach the dr again after the appt without paying another fee. Not even if it’s a followup question. I call customer service, wait an hr to talk to Michael who was so clueless. He repeated everything 10 times, made us verify info over and over and over. He made me get my husband out of a business meeting because Michael wouldn’t talk to me since the insurance is in my husband’s name EVEN THOUGH I just spent 30 min verifying all our personal information! Why didn’t he tell me before all that that he needed to speak to my husband. Get my husband on a 3 way call only to do the verifying ALL OVER AGAIN! Took another 30 min and then Michael says we need to call the Rx line and he can’t transfer me because his “lines are all tied up”. Huh?! So we call the Rx line and I’m not even kidding, I waited 1hr and 1 min. Total time on Rx line, 1hr 38min! My husband had to go after 25 min. Finally I get to someone who clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing either (Danielle) and she thinks I’m on hold but I’m not, I hear everything she’s relaying to the dr and to her supervisor. I heard her say she’s not trained to do any of this stuff lol Ummm ok? After another 20 min she says her supervisor says I need to call customer service to request a new visit with the dr! Are you kidding me?!! We just got off the phone with them and they sent us to Rx, waited an hr and now I’m being sent back to customer service? Then the dr isn’t showing up on the list of drs so I had to verify AGAIN all our info and they asked if I was using the correct platform! Yes I’m calling from the platform numbnuts. Finally I just decide to file a complaint and call it a day. In the end we got not help, paid $59 and got the run around for 4hrs. There’s no place to file a complaint yourself, customer service has to submit on their end lol sure ok, totally trusting they’ll do that. Right. Bottom line, don’t use this service when there are so many other services to use. I spent my entire morning going nowhere and still have an extremely sick child. Absolutely ridiculous and these people have their heads up their asses. Save your time, money and sanity and don’t use Live Health.

"Unprofessional"
Had online visit with Dr. Marc Shepard, who seemed irritated from the beginning-After explaining my issue (basically earache/ ear infection), he proceeded to say "I'm confused, I'm confused"-as if I what I was explaining to him was not what it seemed or impossible! Just seemed very unprofessional and uncaring! Would have rather seen another doc or actually drove to the urgent care!

"Horrible is the word for the day"
Horrible is the word for the day! I had a severe colon infection that require Antibiotics. The doctor was extremely rude and uncaring. She called me an nauseous medication and told me to go to the ER. My family doctor was finally available via Teladoc and prescribe me the antibiotics I needed. Will never use this site again even though it’s cheaper co-pay then my family doctor. Don’t waste your money

"Zero Stars - Beware of Vivien Tucker"
I wish I could give them zero stars. My “doctor” today was VIVIEN TUCKER. I get a sinus infection EVERY NOVEMBER. It can usually go away on its own, but this weekend it started and hasn’t stopped. So I requested care. She began by basically telling me to be quiet, she would ask questions and if I felt anything needed to be added I would be able to do so at the end. None of her questions pertained to my symptoms. She basically proceeds to read me questions from a COVID questionnaire, and refused to let me speak. She didn’t even let me tell her I was just tested for COVID twice and it was negative both times. She essentially diagnosed me with COVID over the phone and implied I was being selfish and just wanted to see my family for thanksgiving while ignoring COVID symptoms. Again, was just tested negative. But I didn’t even have a chance to tell her that because she wouldn’t let me speak. I asked for an antibiotic and a steroid and she refused. I had to raise my voice and argue with this woman to get a Z PAC. After going to urgent care today, I was diagnosed with none other than….a sinus infection. Prescribed a steroid and stronger antibiotic. I called customer service to even find out her name because mysteriously Vivien never made ANY records of our visit today even though she wrote me a legal prescription……. Customer service was alarmed at the interaction and lack of documentation, but they took 15 minutes to even find her name. So I don’t think this company has their stuff together. Please go elsewhere for certified care from doctors who believe in medicine. Vivien Tucker…please find another profession. Diagnosing people over the phone with COVID who have previously tested negative in the last 48 hours and are showing a lack of symptoms is irresponsible, dangerous, and LAZY.

"I would have been charged a fee for doing this!"
Booked an early morning intake appointment two weeks out, because that was the only time they had available that I was able to make. Six hours before the appointment, in the middle of the night, the provider canceled and scheduled it for five hours later, right in the middle of the work day. Which I can't make. If I could make that time, then I would have made it for that time. If I had cancelled the appointment in that same time frame, I would have been charged.

"Multilpe bad experiences"
After almost 2 hours of waiting to see a doctor (despite the fact the computer said there was only 1 patient ahead of me) and calling customer support 3x because their computer system wasn't working, we finally arranged to skip the video and the doctor would call me. The doctor then told me she couldn't help me, I had to see a specialist. I explained I've dealt with 3 other family doctors for this minimal health issue over the past 7 years and they have never referred me to a specialist. She again told me I had to talk to a specialist (I later addressed it with my family doctor). I have tried using LiveHealth about 5 times in the past because my work insurance is much cheaper to use with them than an in person doctor. I'm not satisfied with any of my appointments. Multiple times their system had technical difficulties (such as not being able to process my insurance or let me login, despite the fact I had used their system in the past). They usually have repetitive things they make me fill out that should already be in their system. 1 of my appointments I needed a medication refilled and evidently their policy is they only give 1 refill, then you have to see your primary care doctor to get the rest of the year refilled - what's the point of having them refill it if I have to make another appointment with my primary care doctor. I also had an appointment where I spent a lot of time researching which doctor I wanted, I entered their waiting room which they then have you fill out all these questions (that you've already answered previously) and by the time I finished answering all the questions the doctor logged off and I had to start all over with choosing a new doctor (and AGAIN answering all the same questions). Another time I had chosen what doctor I wanted and was aware that I was about 3rd in line to see them, I entered the waiting room and answered all their questions, by the time I was done answering the questions I was like 7th in line to see this doctor. At least at my most recent appt they've shorted their questions. They previously also gave you the option to have an overview of your appointment sent to your primary care doctor, which I checked to have done - but it was never sent to my primary care doctor. I then called LiveHealth to ask it to be sent to my primary care doctor and they said they couldn't.
