"Wonderful that they had the tyres"

Wonderful that they had the tyres I wanted in stock. One of the only places in the UK that did.
Delivered in their time frame by very pleasant and helpful driver.
The only downside I could say was they said they would be here in 3-5 days and that was it, no your parcel is on it's way and will be with you on such and such a date. I am sure they did not intend you to sit indoors for up to 5 days but otherwise you might have missed them. More information would have meant 5 stars and an even happier customer but overall I would use them again.

"Waste time, waste money"

Booked a RAC mobile tyre replacement. Called and got booking confirmation before the booking date. Stay at home over 4 hours. Nobody come in and no phone call to explain...

Never again...booked the slot but it was delayed as the garage always overbook the appointments. So couldn't wait, was ask to call RAC for a refund. Call them the same day from 3pm-5pm,was on hold until the line closed. Needed tbe money so I could book somewhere else, so call them next day early in the morning luckily got through but the refund 5-7 days to reach your account.

"Non existent customer service!"

Ordered 2 tyres and attended the garage to be told the tyre machine was broken, they had no idea when it would be fixed and I would need to speak to RAC Tyres to rearrange. No problem, I thought as these things can happen. Tried to phone RAC Tyres customer service but was on hold for so long (with no indication where you are in the queue) I gave up! Sent an email the same day to ask for a new appointment. Now 4 working days later and I haven't even received a reply. Sourced the tyres elsewhere and will probably have to claim the money back from RAC Tyres via my bank!

"Poor service"

Poor service. Car wouldn't start at home called the RAC on Saturday came within 2 hours , was told car needed going to ford in Gloucester. Rang Ford and was told to have it taken there on the Monday. So Monday afternoon rang RAC again and they told me they would be with me with in 2 hours. Almost 4 hours later was told can't get anyone with me and could they pick the car up in the morning at 8 am . What if I was broken down and say I was in Sheffield??? AA here I come

"%100 Fraud"

%100 Fraud. I have ordered a tire on Tuesday 21th September and asked for a fitting on Thursday 23rd September at 8:00 AM. At 10 AM they have contacted me and said they couldn't attend and offered next week's time slot instead?! I refused and asked for a refund but they said it might have some deduction because of cancellation. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Terrible experience.

"There is an issue with auto…"

There is an issue with auto re-enrolment. They send you such a lot of spam the auto renewal gets lost. I have been charged 25 pound to cancel a policy that I didn’t ask for mainly because I was deleting all the spam emails they sent me and missed the renewal advice. Not only that, the renewal price was nearly twice as much as the ‘introductory hook’. I complained and they sent me three emails confirming they had received my complaint. Mind you they still haven’t addressed the complaint neither have I had a promised refund. This company needs to be more transparent. I wouldn’t use a company that treats customers with such disrespect.

"Lone woman driver left for 5 hours in dangerous breakdown"

As a lone woman driver absolutely appalling service following breakdown on a busy dual carragway island in rush hour. Call centre unable to specify a time culminating in a 5 hour wait only made safe by amazing police officers who stayed with me. We gave up waiting for them in the end and the police towed me off. Police actually stated that the RAC were awful in their experience

"Shocking Service"

Waited four days for mobile fitting service. After staying in all day waiting to be contacted with a fitting time, RAC ring to say they will not be coming and would I like a refund. They blame the contracted fitter but my contract was with the RAC, who they employ is not my problem. They stated they could not get anyone else to fit the tyres. Absolute disgraceful service. Would of left no stars if aloud.
