2 thumbs up for NakedWines ! Always a pleasure enjoying your wines from around the world. I wish people would acknowledge there mistake, maybe they saw the $100 voucher got excited and didn't take the time read fully the information that was provided to them that came with the voucher. It was all black and white for me after fully reading all information provided to me.

"Naked wines is worth it."

I’ve been a member of nakedwines for a few years off and on. The deliveries were also quick. The wine selection is large but it does take time to find the right wines. Sometimes you fall in love with a wine and then they don’t have it anymore so that’s not great. If you get a wine you don’t like they will give you credit on the next wine you order. I believe they are really supporting new winemakers and I like that.

i have had 11 deliveries from naked wine which 3 either did not get delivered or delivered to someone else to enjoy good wines just don’t know if you will receive it i also have cancelled and got my partner also to cancel

I have just cancelled. They are unable to understand the concept of delivering on a date or the inconvenience when they deliver when they fancy.
My other point would be that the wine is worth the price you pay. Not the inflated headline prices they refer to.
I concluded that i didnt feel like i was getting a good deal. too many other options available.

"SCAM company with dishonest business practices"

I bought a pack of wines using a marketing promo. This dishonest and morally bankrupt company then proceeds to charge my card $40 monthly (without my consent) and with no way to cancel. I can’t log into my account to cancel, and they never send an email to confirm my password. In short, THEY ARE A SCAM. THEY WILL START CHARGING YOUR CARD WITHOUT CONSENT AND WITHOUT A TRANSPARENT PROCESS TO CANCEL

I also signed up for a promotion and purchased an initial case of wines; however, I never agreed or acknowledged an automatic draft of future $40 payments. It was 2 months before I recognized these unauthorized transactions and will be contacting nakedwines.com to refund the $80 and either restrict any further drafts, or cancel my account.
Update: Changing to 4⭐️ bc chat@nakedwines responded to request to cancel and return the “Angel Cash”. If you’re looking to regularly purchase wines and don’t mind the monthly automatic draft, then this may be better fit for you. However, I still think the monthly required draft of $40+ is not clearly disclosed after lulling customers with the promotional offer.

"Very shady business practices"

I placed an order under a promotion they had. They decided to sign me up for a subscription that I didn’t want and didn’t know about. They have very poor business practices and should be investigated by the FTC. They prey on people who don’t check their monthly statements and people with emotional disabilities, like me, who have a hard time calling up a business to demand that the money they stole be returned.

"I love Naked Wines"

I love Naked Wines. I enjoy almost every bottle. Their $12-$15 wines taste like $25-$35 wines you get from the store. And their $18-$25 wines are even better. But what I really love is how much they put Angels first. I didn't like a bottle once and got a full credit for it, no questions asked. They also offer a free bottle every month with your purchase. One month I didn't buy anything so missed my free bottle--they gave me a credit for it! So the following month I bought a case, used my credit, and got the free bottle that month. They go out of their way to make you like them, which I love.

I tried Naked Wines because I received their offer with some other product I purchased online (who hasn't?). 12 bottles arrived quickly for a more than reasonable price ($100?). I tried the first one. It was a white wine from Australia. Not bad, clean crisp, very drinkable but nothing special. The second wine was a big disappointment (French red?), the third wine from Spain was outright not drinkable - tasted only acidic. I wrote reviews more for me than to share with the company or the rest of the world. Then the problem started. The "winemakers" sent me lots of messages about my reviews. I'm sure the real winemakers have better things to do, so I'm sure someone hires someone else to answer all these reviews. I didn't want to engage, but they made that very difficult.

I have had lots of bad wine and lots of good wine, the wines I have tasted so far from naked wines are ok to bad. I would say they are also overpriced if you don't get their promo deal.

Apparently, the thing they are selling is the community and they make you "the angel" (who doesn't want to be an angel) believe that you have this "personal connection" with the wine makers who are so "grateful" for being sponsored by you. I hope that the real winemakers don't spend the whole day communicating with the wine club members (it could explain why some of the wines are average). In any case if you look for lots of emails from "winemakers" this is the place for you. Otherwise, it's overpriced mediocre to bad wine.

I would be interested in a wine club that does find great quality wines from unknown winemakers for reasonable prices. Naked Wines is not that.

Have been happy with NakedWines.com. When I used the $100 voucher for my first purchase of 12 bottles I had no difficulty applying it to my order. The wine arrived within a week well packed and in good condition. My wines varied good to stellar and I feel the pricing was a bargain. The variety of wines is fun to choose from and they respond quickly to any unhappy reviews from buyers. Yes, they do deduct $40/month from my credit card which I can use as a credit on my future orders. This was clearly explained on their website. I really don't understand the negative reviews I've read about NakedWines.com. Love them so far.
