3 replacement windows fitted in a day, very little mess, nice tidy job at an affordable price. The new windows are sturdy, well fitting and look very nice. Good value for money. They took a couple of weeks longer to come than I'd been advised but other than that, everything was spot on. This is the second job Penicuik have done for me and I would recommend them to others.

Very pleased with our new windows and door, fitters Donald, Craig, Dale and Ross were all professional and tidied up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them. You take as you find and personally we were quite happy with them.

A bit overwhelmed by the salesman but was given a reasonable quote. The service from the surveyor was prompt and efficient. Craig Cameron the installer could not have been more helpful - arrived on schedule and did an excellent job. Two doors fitted and a plasterer arranged to redo the surrounds.

Overall a good experience. Originally supposed to have windows fitted in August, but due to unforeseen circumstances the were fitted in October. Anyway, the windows are great, already noticed some difference (my old windows were getting on a bit). Thank you to Neil Westwater and Andy. They were friendly, helpful and explained what they were doing, worked well as a team. Can't fault them

"Bad management penicuik contract number u 010062"

I do not have my Windows fitted ,they are due to be done on the 30 of October . I was quoted a price , for the Windows and a wood finish inside . My room is finished in light oak ,which is not an option of choice it seems . The person who measured said i could keep my original wood inside ,and the Windows would be fitted from the outside . I am trying to get a reduction in price ,seeing no labour is required for fitting any wood . .I phoned the sales person on Friday the 19 th ,his supervisor said ,head office would be in contact that afternoon .NO CALL I have now made 2 calls Tuesday ,2 calls today to customer services . Although the girls were helpful ,I have had no calls from the area manager .My last phone call ,I was assured by customer services ,I would receive a call in the next 10 minutes..One hour has gone by no call . I am very disappointed ,and upset ,and I haven't even got my Windows yet. Wrong choice ??? I. think so. contract number u 010062. I phoned customer services again today . To be told that the e mail sent out yesterday ,informing all concerned to try and resolve the situation . Will take up 72 hours for any action to be taken .I have informed penicuik I will not be phoning them again as I am wasting my time .

Pressured into signing a contract after a 5hr sales pitch then decided we could no longer afford the product, after requesting the Admin fee of £349 be returned were then told it was a non refundable deposit.... Beware do not use this company as the promises of being 1 in 12 in the area that could get the windows, free holiday and scrappage scheme are clearly not true.
