I was very pleased with the work l got done new living room window and front door looks great and everyone has commented how nice they are work men very efficient and cleaned up any mess very happy with work done.

I have got a very good quote for 2 windows and 2 doors but have opted for 2 doors which is now installed and i am very happy by the work. The doors looks very strong.

The installation went very well and the engineer cleaned everything after he finished.

I would certainly go for the 2 remaning windows when necessary

The work was carried out over 2 days by fitters Brian and Mark who were polite and friendly. All work carried out very professionally and any mess was cleaned up after installation. Delighted with our new windows, would use this team again.

"AVOID ..WILL END UP COSTING YOU MONEY -EVEN IF YOU SAY NO!!"

After agreeing to a "free no obligation quote" that would last about an hour a sales rep arrived...and left after 3hrs! Bombarded with figures & numbers & numerous calls to his boss to lower the quote with a special code, I felt pressured into signing up for a full replacement off all my windows & door. I only wanted to have an idea how much a new front door would be! I did ask for a few days to think about it as was a bigger quote than i was expecting & a big commitment to make as i was on my own but somehow he managed to make me sign the contract. Big mistake. After making a payment of £349- which i was led to believe to be for surveyor to come and measure up- he left. After coming to my senses later that night i contacted them to cancel order & refund the £349, they then stated that payment was not showing on my account so unable to refund at that point. Calling them next day I was then told it was a non refundable admin fee! For what? Order cancelled less than 24hrs later, payment taken & contract signed took less than 10mins during 3hr consultation-how can they justify that! Appealed to them to reconsider but just keep getting told i should have read the T&Cs on back of form..all 25 of them.-last thing on my mind after 3hrs im afraid. Very angry & disappointed they can get away with pressured selling & profit from it.Even after cancelling order and deciding not to go ahead with the new windows, how come the free quote has ended up costing me £349?! How much money they must make from keeping all those admin fees--crazy!!

Myself and my boyfriend were interested in getting 9 new windows fitted into our house we had just bought. I phoned to book an appointment and was told that there was someone in my area that night and she could pop round for a half an hour visit. I explained that we had plans at 7:30 pm so we would need to make it half an hour max. We were assured that it would be no longer, which was the first scam that we got involved in. Have arrived at 6pm and after laying the chat in thick left our house at 9:20pm. So much for half an hour. Throughout the quote, Jane had to keep phoning her boss to help us get a better quote. This started at £23000, which then was dropped to £14000 then after numerous phone calls, it went to around £8000. We accepted this offer as it was take it or leave it on the day. We were then told we would have to pay a £349 admin fee which would be refundable if there was any issues. We went ahead and couldn’t wait to get our new windows. The next day we were expecting the call for us to book in the fitters, what we actually received was a call to say the finance hadn’t been accepted. Jane then asked us whether or not we could pay the £8000 odd fee outright. Obviously we don’t have a spare £8000 lying around so we had to unfortunately cancel the quote. Jane then told us that the £359 would be refunded within 3-5 working days... After not receiving this refund 2 weeks later we tried to phone Jane to find out what the script was, we couldn’t get a hold of anyone!! We eventually had to phone Penicuik customer services and we got to speak to ‘Bill’ who was one of the managers who apologised and said if he had known this was the case it would have been dealt with. 7 weeks down the line now and we have just been told that the £349 was a non refundable admin fee. Fuming does not cover this!! This was never explained to us, and if it was we would have never went ahead with the deal! Penicuik are nothing but scam artist who have conned two innocent customers.

Had whole house(7 Windows) done over two days. Fitters Donald and Craig very professional, clean and tidy. Unfortunately had one window cracked and one with a scratch, both to be replaced, however overall satisfied with product and service.

"I do not want to hear about this "company" anymore"

During window assembly, the window pane from my window was broken. Calling on the help cantrum gives me nothing. Keep giving your reference number all the time and someone will contact you. I call every few days and no one call back. They took the money and are happy with their own unfinished work. This situation has been going on for two months.
Customer service not even answerd to any e-mail. Then i see its a pointless contact with this company to phone, e-mail and your quot service.

We had whole house replacement, of 10 windows, two doors with side lights, half of house built 1905 and more modern extension.
The job was efficiently executed by the installation team of Dave and Craig who were most professional and tidy at all times.
