Komfort oproti jiným dálkovým letům je nižší, ale jsou to nízkonákladové lety, takže jsem s tím počítal. Překvapilo mě vybavení, nabíjecí zástrčky na telefon a polička na pohodlné sledování filmů v mobilu, což bylo velmi příjemné a u busu není standardní.

Initial booking/online communication was a bit shady/confusing. But check-in was great. Planes look new/clean. Crews are very nice. Would try again in future.

Nice budget long-haul flight but they should allow 2 cm more for the basic carry-on bag for easier travel. I enjoyed the little tray for telephone and plug to watch my uploaded content. The chicken korma rice was hard and dehydrated - how long had it been stored at 10000 feet? Staff were friendly and helpful and brave enough to wear those awful solid red uniforms.

"No frills can still be delightful"

A budget airline for trans-Atlantic flights might sound daunting, but their pleasant and caring staff make the experience totally worthwhile. Just be prepared to pay for everything (including drinking water) while in flight... And there are no TVs... This is a totally 'no-frills' experience. However, they get you there safely and with smiles. I also like flying into Stewart International Airport, which is pleasantly low-key and accessible to New York via an Express bus, and if you are being picked up there is half an hour of free parking available. (Getting in and out of EWR and especially JFK if you're driving is expensive and can be a logistics nightmare. So the laid-back commute to Stewart Intl is a good trade-off; parking charges at SWL are comparatively reasonable). Overall, flying with Play Airlines makes the trip adventurous but safe and pleasantly laid-back. I really like that their staff are dressed in bright red and white and always approachable and cheerful.

"Hard seats"

Low fair, which is good. Ok service on board and the bording is ok too.
They are strict on luggage size - but that is to be expected.
Only thing I want to complain about are the seats. They are hard and hurt after an hour or so.
You can survive if the flight is short. I would not want to sit on these seats for more than 3 hours - at least not when you are over 60 like me :)

The flight went smoothly and everything was great!
Sometimes it was just to Cold or to Hot in the Aircraft but I was just using the Air conditioning or wore my Pullover :)

I really liked it and I will Fly again with Play!

Had a great experience flying with PLAY! The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with my two small kids. Everything went smoothly, they were very nice with my kids, and the flight was on time. A comfortable and easy journey—would definitely fly with them again!

Play airlines is a no-frills airline but each leg of our trip left right on time. The cabin crew was very attentive to the safety of passengers and very friendly.
